Abstract

Material compuesto, en particular para cierres elásticos de pañales, que se compone de una lámina de soporte (1) elástica con una dirección preferida de expansión y al menos una capa de cubierta (2) aplicada por revestimiento a base de un velo de fibras, cuyos filamentos (7) presentan un núcleo (3) de filamento a base de un elastómero termoplástico y un manto (4) de filamento a base de un polímero termoplástico no elástico, caracterizado por que el velo de fibras presenta un límite elástico definido que ha sido creado mediante expansión previa en la dirección de expansión preferida y que está determinado por un estiramiento de las porciones de fibras no elásticas de la capa de cubierta (2), por que la lámina de soporte (1) se compone de una lámina de coextrusión de múltiples capas que presenta un núcleo a base de un elastómero termoplástico, así como una capa de inductor de la adherencia dispuesta por una o por las dos caras para mejorar la adherencia de la capa de cubierta (2) adyacente, y por que la lámina de soporte (1) está unida con la capa de cubierta (2) mediante un pegamento de fusión en caliente (8) elástico.
