Claims (1)
- 칡 뿌리로부터 얻은 칡즙에 맥아 침출액과 그 루코아미라제(Gluco-Amylase)를 첨가하여 함유 당분을 당화시키고 필요할 경우 기타의 생약제 엑기스를 첨가한 것을 여과하여 정제염산 인삼으로 PH 3-5로 조절, 냉각상태에서 2-5시간 방치, 재여과하고 탄산수소나트륨으로 중화하여 PH -7로 한 다음 농도와 당도를 조절하고 이온교환층을 통과시켜 탈염, 정제하며 이하 공지의 방법으로 탄산의 주입, 충전, 살균 등의 여처리를 실시하는 것을 특징으로 한 칡 뿌리로부터 청량음료의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
