제1도는 각각 본 발명에 따른 A-FMCL의 커얼교정 및 치수안정성 개량의 실시방법을 도시한 개요도.

Claims (8)

  1. 폴리이미드 박막과 금속박의 사이에 접착제를 삽입하지 않고 긴 길이의 금속박위에 직접 형성되는 방향족 폴리이미드 박막을 갖는 긴 플렉시블 금속박 적층판의 커얼교정 및 치수안정성 개량방법에 있어서, (1) 적층판의 폭방향에 대해서 30-60°각도로 설치한 제1바아와 곡면위에, 금속박을 안쪽으로 해서, 적층판을 장력하에서 그 길이방향으로 미끄러지게하는 공정; (2) 제1바아에 대해서 60-120°각도로 설치한 제2바아의 곡면위에, 금속박을 안쪽으로 해서, 적층판을 장력하에서 그 길이방향으로 미끄러지게 하는 공정; (3) 적층판의 폭방향에 대해서 30-60°각도로 설치한 제3바아 또는 제1회전 로울의 곡면위에, 폴리이미드막을 안쪽으로 해서, 적층판을 장력하에서 그 길이방향으로 미끄러지게 하는 공정; 및 (4) 제3바아 또는 제1회전 로울에 대하여 60-120°각도로 설치한 제4바아 또는 제2회전 로울의 곡면위에, 폴리이미드막을 안쪽으로 해서, 적층판을 장력하에서 그 길이방향으로 미끄러지게 하는 공정; 을 적어도 한번이상 사용하여 임의의 순서로 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플렉시블 금속박 적층판의 커얼교정 및 치스안정성 개량방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제1바아 및 제2바아에 있어서는, 제1바아 및 제2바아의 곡률반경은 0.5㎜이하이고, 각 장력은 적층판에 적용되는 장력으로 나타내어지고 그 장력은 200g/cm이상이며, 제1바아 및 제2바아의 곡면위에서 적층판이 미끄러짐 운동 하는 동안 적층판의 온도가 200℃ 이하로 유지되며, 제3바아 및 제4바아에 있어서는, 제3바아 및 제4바아의 곡률반경은 0.01-25㎜이고, 적층판에 적용되는 장력 2000g/cm 이하이며, 제3바아 및 제4바아 또는 제1 및 제2회전로울의 곡면위에 적층판이 미끄러짐 운동하는 동안의 적층판의온도가 200℃ 이하로 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플렉시블 금속박 적층판의 커얼교정 및 치수 안정성 개량방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공정을 제1, 제2, 제3 및 제4공정의 순서로 하여 각 공정을 적어도 한번이상 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플렉시블 금속박 적층판의 커얼교정 및 치수안정성 개량방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공정을 제1, 제3, 제2 및 제4공정의 순서로 하여 각 공정을 적어도 한번이상 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플렉시블 금속박 적층판의 커얼교정 및 치수안정성 개량방법.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 공정을 제1, 제2, 제3 및 제4공정의 순서로 하여 각 공정을 적어도 한번이상 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플렉시블 금속박 적층판의 커얼교정 및 치수안정성 개량방법.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 공정을 제1, 제3, 제2 및 제4공정의 순서로 하여 각 공정을 적어도 한번이상 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플렉시블 금속박 적층판의 커얼교정 및 치수안정성 개량방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 마지막공정의 완료후, 얻어진 적층판을 100℃ 이상의 온도에서 30분이상 숙성시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 플렉시블 금속박 적층판의 커얼교정 및 치수안정성 개량방법.
  8. 제2항에 있어서, 마지막 공정의 완료후, 얻어진 적층판을 100℃ 이상의 온도에서 30분이상 숙성시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 플렉시블 금속박 적층판의 커얼교정 및 치수안정성 개량방법.
