Claims (10)
- 시료중의 세균을 검출하거나, 또는 전기 영동 또는 크로마토그래피에 의하여 분리된 DNA소편들 중 세균의 16S RAN에 대하여 암호화된 유전자를 가진 DNA소편의 위치를 확인하기 위한 것으로서, (5')d-AAG GAG GTG ATC CAG(3') [여기서, (5')및 (3')은 폴리머의 5' 및 3'말단을 나타내며, 문자는 다음의 핵산염 잔기를 나타냄, 즉, A아데닐 잔기, C시티딜 잔기, T티미딜 잔기, G구아니딜 잔기]의 서열을 갖는 펜타데카데옥시리보핵산염, 또는 (5')d-CTG GAT CAC CTC CTT(3')의 보족 서열을 갖는 펜타데카데옥시리보핵산염으로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 소식자.
- 시료중의 세균을 검출하거나, 또는 전기영동 또는 크로마토그래피에 의하여 분리된 DNA소면들 중 세균의 16S RNA에 대하여 암호화된 유전자를 가진 DNA소편의 위치를 확인하기 위한 것으로서, (3')ACCTAGTGGAGGAAA(5')의 서열 또는 그의 대응하는 보족 서열로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 소식자.
- 시료중의 세균을 검출하거나, 또는 전기 영동 또는 크로마토그래피에 의하여 분리된 DNA소편들 중 세균의 16S RNA에 대하여 암호화된 유전자를 가진 DNA소편의 위치를 확인하기 위한 것으로서, 다음 서열군, (5')d-AAGGAGGT(3'), (5')d-AAAGGAGGT(3'), (5')d-AAGGAGGTG(3'), (5')d-AAGGAGGTGA(3'), (5')d-AAGGAGGTGAT(3'), (5')d-AAGGAGGTGATC(3'), (5')d-AAGGAGGTGATCC(3') (5')d-AAGGAGGTGATCCA(3'), 또는 이들의 대응하는 보족 서열로 되는 군 중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 소식자.
- 시료중의 진핵 생물 또는 원핵 생물(세균 포함) 검출하거나, 또는 전기영동 또는 크로마토그래피에 의하여 분리된 DNA소편들 중 세균의 16S RNA에 대하여 암호화된 유전자를 가진 DNA소편의 위치를 확인하기 위한 것으로서, (5')d-ACC TTG TTA CGACTT(3'), [여기서, (5')및 (3')은 플리머의 5'및 3'말단을 나타내며, 문자는 다음의 핵산염 잔기를 나타냄, 즉, A아데닐 잔기, C시티딜 잔기, T티미딜 잔기, G구아니딜 잔기]의 서열을 갖는 펜타데카데옥시리보핵산염, 또는 (5')d-AAG TCG TAA CAAGGT(3')의 보족 서열을 갖는 펜타데카데옥시리보핵산염으로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 소식자.
- 시료 중의 원시 세균을 검출하거나, 또는 전기영동 또는 크로마토그래피에 의하여 분리된 DNA소편들 중 원시 세균의 16S RNA에 대하여 암호화된 유전자를 가진 DNA소편의 위치를 확인하기 위한 것으로서, 다음 서열 AAGCTGCTCR'ACCCCGCG (여기서, R'는 T또는 C임)중에 함유된 적어도 8개, 최대 18개의 핵산염 서열 또는 그의 보족 서열로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 소식자.
- 제1항 내지 5항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 서열 중 하나의 서열을 갖는 올리고핵산염 소식자에 방사성 표지가 부착되거나 (특히, 임의의 성상을 갖는 1-2개의 방사성 핵산염이 소식자의 양말단 중 하나 또는 양 말단 모두에 부착됨)효소, 리간드, 발광 또는 형광 표지가 부착된 것을 특징으로 하는 소식자.
- 세균의 핵산을 얻고 한가닥으로 만든 후, 이것을 잡종 형성에 유리한 조건 하에서 제1항 내지 3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 의한 소식자와 접촉시키고, 형성된 임의의 잡종을 검출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시료 중의 세균 검출 방법.
- 세포의 핵산을 얻고 한가닥으로 만든 후, 이것을 잡종 형성에 유리한 조건 하에서 제4항에 의한 소식지와 접촉시키고, 형성된 임의의 잡종을 검출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시료 중 진핵 생물 또는 원핵 생물(세균 포함)세포의 검출 방법.
- 원시 세균의 핵산을 얻고 한가닥으로 만든 후, 이것을 잡종 형성에 유리한 조건 하에서 제5항에 의한 소식자와 접촉시키고, 형성된 임의의 잡종을 검출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시료 중 원시 세균의 검출 방법.
- 전기 영동 또는 크로마토그래피에 의하여 분리 및 변성시킨 DNA소편들을 잡종 형성을 허용하는 조건 하에서 제1항 내지 5항 중 어느 하나의 항에 의한 조성물과 접촉시키고, 형성된 임의의 잡종을 검출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이들 DNA소편 중 16S 서열의 RNA에 대하여 암호화된 유전자를 가진 DNA소편의 위치를 확인하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
