Claims (18)

  1. 가소제와 초가소제에서 선택된 최소한 하나의 첨가제의 존재하에서 수경 결합체, 응집제와 물을 함께 혼합하는 단계로 구성된 세멘트성 혼합물의 제조 공정에 있어서, 0.1내지 10중량%의 물이 잔류하도록 혼합단계 이전에 수경 결합체를 물로서 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 가소제 또는 초가소제를 혼합되는 물에 첨가하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 가소제 또는 초가소제가 혼합단계 이전에 무수수경결합제에 존재하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 수경 결합제의 분쇄후에 물처리 단계를 시행하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 혼합단계 이전에 수경 결합제를 가소제 또는 초가소제의 수용액으로 처리하는 방법.
  6. 전항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 초 가소제가 슬폰화 방향족 화합물의 포름 알데하이드 축합물인 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 초가소제가 베타-나프탈렌 술폰산/포름 알데하이드 축합물의 칼슘염인 방법.
  8. 가소제와 초가소제에서 선택된 최소한 하나의 첨가제를 함유하며 물함량이 0.1내지 10중량%인 수경결합제.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 0.5내지 5중량%의 물을 함유하는 수경 결합제.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 0.5내지 2중량%의 물을 함유하는 수경 결합제.
  11. 가소제와 초가소제에서 선택된 최소한 하나의 첨가제를 함유하며 에트린자이트와 칼슘 모노 설페이트에 대항하는 피크가 차등주사 열량계 주사 상에 포시되는 수경 결합제.
  12. 제8항 내지 제11항의 어느 한항에 있어서, 술폰화 방향족 화합물의 포름 알데하이드 축합물인 초가소제를 0.2내지 0.5중량% 함유하는 수경 결합제.
  13. 제8항 내지 제12항의 어느 한항에 있어서, 포틀랜드 세멘트의 지지된 수경 결합제.
  14. 제8항 내지 제12항의 어느 한항에 있어서, 클링커와 칼슘설페이트를 물함량이 12% 이하가 되게 건조시킨 바닥제와 함께 분쇄하여 산출한 포쫄란 세멘트에 지지된 수경 결합제.
  15. 제1항의 방법에 의하여 제조된 세멘트 혼합물.
  16. 모르타르인것을 특징으로 하는 제15항의 세멘트 혼합물
  17. 콘크리트인것을 특징으로 하는 제15항의 세멘트 혼합물.
  18. 제17항의 혼합물을 경화시켜 산출된 성형된 콘크리트 제품.
