Claims (10)
- 광섬유 전도부재(13)의 끝이 들어갈 내공(內控)이 관통하고 있는 몸체 부재(24)와, 상기 몸체부재의 일부분에는 상기 내공의 지름이 축소된 부분이 있어, 이를 따라 광섬유전도 부재(13)중에서 광섬유부재(14)의 노출된 부분이 배치되는 것으로 구성되며, 적어도 상기 몸체부재의 상기 축소된 부분이, 그 축방향의 열팽창계수가 광섬유의 열팽창계수와 실제적으로 같은 재료로 제조되어, 상기 몸체부재의 상기부분과 상기 광섬유 전도 부재(13)사이의 피스톤작용 효과가 거의 제거되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유 전도부재(13)의 끝을 단말처리하기 위한 페루율부재(12)
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 몸체부재(24)가, 그 축방향의 열팽창계수가 광섬유 전도부재(13)의 열팽창계수와 실질적으로 같은 재료로 제조되어 상기 피스톤 작용의 효과를 극복할 수 있다는 것을 또한 특징으로 하는 페루율 부재(12)
- 제 1 항 또는 2 항에 있어서, 상기 재료가, 굴절률(index)변형물질이 첨가된, 거의 이산화규소유리로 구성되어 있는 광섬유 전도부재의 온도범위와 같은 정도의 크기인, 약-50°내지 150℃의 온도범위내에서 열팽창을 하며, 섬유의 측에 평행한 방향으로 열 및 탄성의 후작용이 거의 없는 페루율 부재(12)
- 제 1 항, 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 재료가 액정중합체, 충전제함유 액정중합체, 충전제 함유 플라스틱, 유리, 유리세라믹, 세라믹 및 금속으로 구성되어 있는 군으로 부터 선택된 페루율 부재(12)
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 충전제함유 플라스틱이, 흑연, 몬모릴로나이트 활석, 질석, 황화안티몬, 황화비소, 황화제 1구리, 석고, 황화모리부덴, 수산화붕소, 유황 및 황화비스무스로 충전제를 함유하는 페루율 부재(12)
- 제 4 항에 있어서 액정중합체가 전방향족 액정중합체인 페루율 부재(12)
- 제 1 항, 제 2 항, 제 3 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서, 페루율부재가, 그의 축 방향의 열팽창계수와 거의 같은 방사상 방향에서의 열팽창계수를 갖는 페루율 부재(12)
- 제 1 항, 제 2 항, 제 3 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 재료가 광섬유의 팽창계수의 20%이내의 팽창계수를 갖는 페루율 부재(12)
- 제 1 항, 제 2 항, 제 3 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서, 페루율 부재가 광섬유 전도부재(13)의 재료와 거의 같은 연삭 및 연마 경도를 갖는 페루율 부재
- 광섬유 전도부재(13)을 선택하고 : 상기 페루율 부재(12)의 몸체부분에 대한 재료를 선택하는데 있어서, 그 재료가 축 방향으로 광섬유 전도부재(13)중의 광섬유(14)와 거의 같은 열팽창계수를 갖도록 하며 : 및 상기 재료를 페루율 부재(12)로 성형하여 : 상기 광섬유 전도부재(13)가 페루율 부재(12)로 단말처리 되었을 때, 상기 페루율 부재(12)와 상기 광섬유 전도부재(13)의 광섬유(14)와의 사이에 어떠한 피스톤 작용의 효과도 거의 제거되는 것으로 구성되는 방법으로서 : 광섬유 전도부재(13)를 단말처리하기 위한, 광섬유 전도부재(13)의 끝이 들어갈 내공이 관통하고 있는 몸체부재(24)와 : 상기 몸체의 일부분에는 상기 내공(26)의 지름이 축소된 부분이 있어서, 이를 따라 광섬유 전도부재(13)중에서 광섬유부재(14)의 노출된 부분이 배치된 페루율부재(12)의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
