Claims (12)

  1. 중합체 성분 및 수 균열 현상(Water tree growth) 방지제인 하나 이상의 일반식(I)의 화합물 또는 그의 부분 축합 유도체로 이루어진 전기 절연체용 조성물.
    RR1N(CH2)pNR2(CH2)qNR3R4(I)
    상기식에서, R,R1,R2,R3및 R4그룹은 -(CH2)mSiY1Y2Y3및 수소중에서 선택하고, p 및 q는 각각 2 내지 4인데, 단 R,R1,R2,R3R4또는 R4그룹중의 적어도 하나가 -(CH2)mSiY1Y2Y3이며; m은 1 내지 18이고; Y1은 탄소수 1 내지 18의 하이드로카빌 또는 하이드로카빌옥시 그룹이며; Y2및 Y3는 탄소수 1 내지 18의 하이드로 카빌옥시 그룹이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, R,R,R1,R2,R3및 R4그룹중 적어도 3개가 수소이고, 그룹중 2개 이하가 -(CH2)mSiY1Y2Y3그룹인 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, R3가 실란그룹 -(CH2)mSiY1Y2Y3일 경우, R, R1,R2및 R4는 수소이거나, R1및 R3가 상기 실란 그룹일 경우 R, R2및 R4는 수소이거나, R3및 R4가 상기 실란 그룹일 경우 R, R1및 R2는 수소이거나, R2및 R3가 상기 실란 그룹일 경우 R, R1및 R4는 수소인 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 수 균열 현상 방지제로 사용하는 화합물이 H2NCH2CH2CH2NHCH2CH2NHCH2CH2CH2SI(OCH3)3인 조성물.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 수 균열 현상 방지제로 사용하는 화합물의 양의 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여 0.5 내지 3.0중량 %인 조성물.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 중합체 성분을 저밀도 폴리에틸렌, 에틸렌/에틸 아크릴레이트 공중합체, 에틸렌/부틸 아크릴레이트 공중합체, 에틸렌/비닐 아크릴레이트 공중합체 및 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 또는 그의 둘 이상의 블랜드중에서 선택하는 조성물.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 충진재를 함유하지 않는 조성물.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 교차 결합제인 유기 퍼옥사이드를, 조성물을 총 중량을 기준으로 하여 0.5 내지 5.0중량 %로 함유하는 조성물.
  9. 중합체 성분과 수 균열 현상 방지제 화합물을, 중합체 성분과 수 균열 현상 방지체 화합물이 거의 균질한 블렌드를 형성하도록 하는 조건하에서, 함께 혼합시킴을 특징으로 하여 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 하나에 청구된 조성물을 제조하는 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 혼합을 중합체 성분의 융점이상의 온도에서 수행하는 방법.
  11. 제9항에 있어서, 중합체 성분이 입제 형태이고, 이 성분을, 수 균열 현상 방지제를 중합체 성분에 흡수시키는 조건하에서, 수 균열 현상 방지제와 혼합시키는 방법.
  12. 전선 또는 케이블을 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 하나에 청구된 조성물로 압출-코팅시킴을 특징으로 하여, 절연 케이블을 제조하는 방법.
