Claims (11)
- (a) 적당하면 다른 α-올레핀에서 유도된 성분을 4몰%까지 함유하며, 비중 0.905∼0.930g/㎤, 용융지수 0.4∼3dg/분이고, 탄소원자 1000개당 메틸기 32∼62개를 가지고 있어 그들의 비중 ρ(g/㎤) 및 메틸기의 비 m이 0.9530≤ρ+0.83m≤0.9568의 관계를 가지는 에틸렌/프로필렌공중합체, (b)비중 0.905∼0.940g/㎤, 용융지수 0.2∼20dg/분 및 α-올레핀의 평균비가 1∼8몰%를 가지며, 결정성 분획 및 무결정성 분획을 함유하고, α-올레핀이 불균일 분포되며, 문제의 분획에 따른 α-올레핀 비가 그들 평균비의 0.2∼5배인 에틸렌 및 탄소원자 4개 이상을 함유하는 하나 이상의 α올 레핀의 공중합체, (c) 자유라디칼중합에 의해 제조된 에틸렌폴리머 40중량%까지 및 (a)형 공중합체 및 (b)형 공중합체 60중량% 이상을 함유하는 조성물, (d) α-올레핀에서 유도된 성분 0.5∼10몰%를 함유하며, 측정된 한계점도가 분자량분포로 계산된 한계점도의 10∼13배 정도가 되도록 장쇄가지를 도입하여 수정한, 에틸렌 및 탄소원자 3∼12개를 가진 하나 이상의 α-올레핀의 수정 공중합체, (e) (a)형 및/ 또는 (b)형 공중합체 60중량% 이상 및 비중 0.956∼0.970 및 유동지수 0.1∼1dg/분인 에틸렌폴리머 40중량%까지를 함유하는 조성물, (f)하나 이상의 (a)형 공중합체 및 하나 이상의 (b)형 공중합체를 함유하는 조성물 및 (g) 몇개의 (b)형 공중합체, 특히 매우다른 용융지수를 가진 몇개의 고분자를 함유하는 조성물 중에서 선택되고, 그들의 겔비가 95∼99%인 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌 및 하나 이상의 α-올레핀 공중합체로부터 얻은, 향상된 성질을 가진 교차결합된 폴리머 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, α-올레핀이 탄소원자 4∼10개인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 및 2항중 어느 한항에 있어서, (a)형의 공중합체가 수평균 분자량 10,000∼28,000인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 및 2항중 어느 한항에 있어서, (b)형 공중합체가 수평균 분자량 15,000∼60,000인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1∼3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, (a)형 공중합체가 다분산성 지수 7∼14인것을 특징으로 하는조성물.
- 제 1,2 및 4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, (b)형 공중합체가 다분산성 지수 3∼9인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1,2,4 및 6항중 어느 한항에 있어서 (b)형 공중합체의 결정성 분획이 118°∼130℃에서 단일 용융피크를 가지며, (,b)형 전체 공중합체의 20∼50중량%를 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1,2,4,6 및 7항중 어느 한항에 있어서, (b)형 공중합체가 각자의 평균비가 0.25∼4인 2개의 α-올레핀에서 기원하는 성분을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서, (b)형 공중합체가 다분산성 지수 6∼12인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 에틸렌 및 공중합체 100중량부당 0.5-2.5중량 부인 하나 이상의 α-올레핀의 공중합체에 페록시드 화합물을 작용시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1∼9항중 어느 한항에 따른 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제1∼9항중 어느 한항에 따른 조성물의 전선용 케이블의 제조예의 작용.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
