Claims (7)

  1. 고정 접점에 접리(接離)되는 가동접점을 가지는 가동접촉자와, 이 가동접촉자를 개폐시키는 개폐조작 기구와, 이 개폐조작 기구의 크레이들을 통하여 상기 가동접촉자를 트립시키는 자동 분리장치를 가지는 회로 차단기이며, 상기 크레이들과 걸어 맞추어져서 그레이들의 위치 결정을 하는 걸림쇠와, 이 걸림쇠와 걸어 맞추어져서 상기 크레이들에 의해서 회전되지 않도록 정지시키는 래치레버 및 이 래치레버와 걸어 맞추어져서 래치레버가 상기 걸림쇠에 의하여 회전되지 않도록 정지시키는 트립바를 구비하고, 트립시에 상기 자동 분리장치의 트립부재에 의해 상기 트립바가 회전하면, 상기 래치레버가 상기 트립바에서 벗겨져서 상기 걸림쇠와 함께 해방되므로써 상기 크레이들이 해방상태의 걸림쇠 및 래치레버를 회전시켜서 튀어오르고, 상기 가동접촉자가 트립하도록 한 것에 있어서, 차단기의 전원부하 방향에 있어서 상기 트립바의 회전중심을 상기 걸림쇠 및 래치레버의 양 회전중심 사이에 위치시켜서 상기 트립바를 상기 걸림쇠와 상기 래치레버와의 사이에 배치한 것을 특징으로 하는 회로차단기.
  2. 고정접점에 접리되는 가동접점을 가지는 가동접촉자와, 이 가동접촉자를 개폐시키는 개폐조작 기구와 이 개폐조작 기구의 크레이들을 통하여 상기 가동접촉자를 트립시키는 자동분리 장치를 가지는 회로 차단기이며, 상기 크레이들과 걸어 맞추어져서 크레이들의 위치 결정을 하는 걸림쇠와, 이 걸림쇠와 걸어 맞추어져서 걸림쇠가 상기 그레이들에 의해서 회전되지 않도록 정지시키는 래치레버 및 이 래치레버와 걸어 맞추어져서 래치레버가 상기 걸림쇠에 의하여 회전되지 않도록 정지시키는 트립바를 구비하고, 트립시에 상기 자동 분리장치의 트립부재에 의해 상기 트립바가 회전하면, 상기 래치레버가 상기 트립바에서 벗겨져서 상기 걸림쇠와 함께 해방되므로써 상기 크레이들이 해방상태의 걸림쇠 및 래치레버를 회전시켜서 튀어오르고, 상기 가동접촉자가 트립하도록 한 것에 있어서, 더블로션 스프링을 구비하고, 이 더블로션 스프링에 의해 상기 걸림쇠를 상기 크레이들에, 상기 래치레버를 상기 걸림쇠에, 상기 트립자를 상기 래치레버에 각기 걸어맞추는 방향으로 힘을 가하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 회로 차단기.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 더블로션 스프링의 링부를 상기 걸림쇠의 회전 중심축에 끼우고, 또한 스프링 절환부를 상기 걸림쇠에, 스프링 한쪽 끝을 상기 래치레버에 스프링 다른쪽 끝을 상기 트립바에 각기 걸어 맞춘 것을 특징으로 하는 회로 차단기.
  4. 고정접점에 접리되는 가동접점을 가지는 가동접촉자와, 이 가동접촉자를 개폐시키는 개폐조작 기구와 이 개폐조작 기구의 크레이들을 통하여 상기 가동접촉자를 트립시키는 자동분리 장치를 가지는 회로 차단기이며, 상기 크레이들과 걸어 맞추어져서 크레이들의 위치 결정을 하는 걸림쇠와, 이 걸림쇠와 롤러에 의해 걸어 맞추어져서 걸림쇠가 상기 크레이들에 의하여 회전되지 않도록 정지시키는 래치레버와, 이 래치레버와 걸어 맞추어져서 래치레버가 상기 걸림쇠에 의하여 회전되지 않도록 정지시키는 트립바 및 상기 롤러가 상기 걸림쇠와 걸어 맞추어지지 않는 상기 래치레버의 걸어 맞추지 않는 위치를 규제하는 스토퍼를 구비하고, 트립시에 상기 자동 분리장치의 트립부재에 의해 상기 트립바가 회전하면, 상기 래치레버가 상기 트립바에서 벗겨져서 상기 걸림쇠와 함께 해방되므로써 상기 크레이들이 해방상태의 걸림쇠 및 래치레버를 회전시켜서 튀어오르고, 상기 가동접촉자가 트립하도록 한 것에 있어서, 상기 래치레버를 상기 트립바가 걸어 맞추는 결합측 판부와 상기 스토퍼에 맞닿는 당접측 판부를 가지는 U자형으로 하고, 이 U자형의 사이에 상기 롤러를 삽입 지지할 수 있도록 상기 양측 판부에 상기 롤러의 양쪽 축을 각기 지지하는 긴구멍을 형성하고 또한 이 긴 구멍의 한쪽에 상기 롤러를 삽입할 수 있는 큰 구멍을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 회로 차단기.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 큰 구멍을 래치레버의 당접측 판부에 있는 긴구멍의 선단측에 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 회로 차단기.
  6. 타극을 가진 차단기 케이스와, 이 차단기 케이스의 개패조작 기구가 있는 기구극에 설치되는 기구 프레임과, 이 기구 프레임에 지지되고 또한 끝부가 상기 차단기 케이스의 개폐조작 기구가 없는 인접극에 뻗는 트립바와, 이 트립바를 트립시키는 자동 분리장치를 가지는 다극회로 차단기이며, 상시 개폐조작 기구의 크레이들과 걸어 맞추어져서 크레이들 위치 결정을 하는 걸림쇠와, 이 걸림쇠 및 상기 트립바와 각기 걸어 맞추어져서 상기 걸림쇠가 상기 크레이들에 의해서 회전되지 않도록 정지시키는 래치레버를 구비하고, 트립할 때에 상기 자동 분리장치의 트립부재에 의해서 상기 트립바가 회전하면, 상기 래치레버가 상기 트립바에서 벗겨져서 상기 걸림쇠와 함께 해방되므로써, 상기 크레이들이 회전하면, 상기 래치레버가 상기 트립바에서 벗겨져서 상기 걸림쇠와 함께 해방되므로써, 상기 크레이들이 해방상태의 걸림쇠 및 래치레버를 회전시켜서 튀어오르고, 트립하도록 한 것에 있어서, 상기 트립바를 트립바 본체와 트립바등으로 이루어지는 트립릴레이 기구에 장착 조립한 상태에서 트립릴레이 기구를 차단기 케이스에 부착한 후, 이 래치부에 상기 트립바 본체를 조립하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 회로 차단기.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 트립바 본체를 몰드수지 성형품으로 하고, 래치부를 금속 프레스품으로 하고, 양자를 부착나사로 조립하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로 차단기.
