Claims (19)

  1. 세포 처리를 방해함으로써 하기 독소가 미치는 그런 세포에 의한 단백질 생산을 막을 수 있는 독소에 이관능성 결합제(coupling agent)를 통해 펩타이드의 C-말단 잔기가 결합되는 적어도 약 30 잔기 길이인, hGRF(1-29)의유사물인 합성 펩타이드.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 결합제가 디알데히드 또는 디애시드(Diacid) 또는 디아조 화합물인 결합된 펩타이드.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 합성 펩타이드가 하기 아미노산 잔기 배열을 갖는 결합된 펩타이드 ; (Q) R1-Ala-Asp-Ala-Ile-Phe-Thr-R8-Ser-R10-Arg-R12-Val-Leu-R15-Gln-Leu-Ser-Ala-Arg-R21-Leu-Leu-Gln-Asp-Ile-R27-R28-Arg-Gly-R31여기에서 R1은 Tyr, D-Tyr, His, D-His, Phe 또는 D-Phe 이고 ; Q는 H, 데스아미노, Ac, NαMe, 또는 CaMe 이고 ; R8은 Ser 또는 Asn 이고 ; R10은 Tyr 또는 Phe 이고 ; R12는 Lys 또는 Lys 또는 Arg 이고 ; R15는 Gly 또는 Asa 이고 ; R12는 LYS 또는 Arg 이고 ; R27은 Met, D-Met, Ala, Nle, Ile, Leu, Nva 또는 Val 이고 ; R28은 Asn 또는 Ser 이고 ; R31은 Lys, Tyr, Orn 또는 Hly 인데 ; 단 R31이 Tyr이 아닌 다른것인 경우, R12및 R21은 Arg 이고, Q는 데스아미노, Ac 또는 NαMe 이고 ; 또 한 단 R31이 Tyr인 경우, R10은 Phe이다.
  4. 제 1항 내지 제 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 독소가 비스디아 조화된 벤지딘에 의해 상기 합성 펩타이드의 C-말단의 Tyr 잔기에 결합되는 결합된 펩타이드.
  5. 제 1항 내지 제 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, C- 말단 잔기가 Lys, Orn 또는 Hiy이고, 상기 독소가 디알데히드에 의해 이곳에 결합되는 결합된 펩타이드.
  6. 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 디알데히드가 글루타르알데히드인 펩타이드.
  7. 제 5항 또는 제 6항에 있어서, C-말단이 Lys인 펩타이드.
  8. 제 5항 또는 제 6항에 있어서, C-말단이 Orn인 펩타이드.
  9. 제 5항 또는 제 6항에 있어서, C-말단이 Hly인 펩타이드.
  10. 제 3항 내지 제 9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, Q가 데스아미노인 펩타이드.
  11. 제 3항 내지 제 9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, R1이 His 또는 Phe이고, Q가 Ac, NαMe 또는 CaMe인 펩타이드.
  12. 제 3항 내지 제 9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, R1이 His이고, Q가 Ac 또는 NαMe인 펩타이드.
  13. 제 3항 내지 제 9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, R1이 His이고, Q가 Ac 인 펩타이드.
  14. 제 1항에 있어서, [des NH2Tyr1, Phe10, Arg12,21, Nle27, Agn28, Gly30, Lys31]-hGRF(1-31)-NH2인 펩타이드.
  15. 제 14항에 있어서, Ala가 15-위치에 존재하는 펩타이드.
  16. 제 1항에 있어서, [NaMeHis, Phe10, Ala15, Nle27, Asn28, Gly30, Tyr31]-hGRF(1-31)-NH2인 펩타이드.
  17. 제 1항에 있어서, [NaMeHis, Phe10, Arg12,21, Nle27, Asn28, Gly30, Tyr31]-hGRF(1-31)-NH2인 펩타이드.
  18. 제 17항에 있어서, Ala가 15-위치에 존재하는 펩타이드.
  19. 제 1항 내지 제 18항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 독소가 리신 A 사슬인 펩타이드.
