Claims (10)

  1. 일반식(Ⅰ)와 하이드록시알킬-트리아졸릴 유도체 및 ; 이의 산부가염 및 금속염착화합물.
    상기식에서, R은 구조식-CH2-CH(CH3)2, -(CH2)4-CH|3, -(CH2)5-CH3, -(CH2)6-CH3,또는의 라디칼이고, X는 산소 또는 황이며, Z는 할로겐, 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬, 탄소수 1 또는 2이고 할로겐원자 1 내지 5개를 갖는 할로게노알킬, 탄소수 1 또는 2이고 할로겐원자 1 내지 5개를 갖는 할로게노알콕시, 탄소수 1 또는 2이고 할로겐원자 1 내지 5개를 갖는 할로게노알킬티오, 페닐 또는, 알콕시그룹내 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알콕시이미노메틸이고, m은 0, 1, 2 또는 3이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, R은 구조식-CH2-CH(CH3)2,-(CH2)4-CH|3,-(CH2)5-CH3,-(CH2)6-CH3,또는의 라디칼이고, X는 산소 또는 황이며, Z는 불소, 염소, 브롬, 메틸, 에틸, 트리플루오로메틸, 트리플루오로메톡시, 트리플루오로메틸티오, 페닐, 메톡시이미노메틸 또는 에톡시이미노메틸이고, m은 0, 1, 2 또는 3인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 하이드록시알킬-트리아졸릴 유도체.
  3. 일반식(Ⅱ)의 옥시란을 희석제 및, 필요할 경우, 산결합체 및 필요할 경우 촉매 존재하에서 구조식(Ⅲ)의 1, 2, 4-트리아졸과 반응시키고, 그후 필요한 경우, 이렇게 수득된 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물에 산 또는 금속염을 가함을 특징으로 하여, 일반식(Ⅰ)의 하이드록시알킬-트리아졸릴 유도체 및 ; 이의 산부가염 및 금속염착화합물을 제조하는 방법.
    R은 구조식-CH2-CH(CH3)2, -(CH2)4-CH3, -(CH2)5-CH3, -(CH2)6-CH3,또는의 라디칼이고, X는 산소 또는 황이며, Z는 할로겐, 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬, 탄소수 1 또는 2이고 할로겐원자 1 내지 5개를 갖는 할로게노알킬, 페닐, 알콕시그룹내 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알콕시이미노메틸이고, m은 0, 1, 2 또는 3이다.
  4. 제1항에 따른 일반식(Ⅰ)의 하이드록시알킬-트리아졸릴 유도체 또는, 이의 산부가염 또는 금속염착화합물을 함유함을 특징으로 하는, 살진균제 및 식물생장조절제.
  5. 제1항에 따른 일반식(Ⅰ)의 하이드록시알킬-트리아졸릴 유도체 또는, 이의 산부가염 또는 금속염착화합물을 식물 및/또는그 주위환경에 사용함을 특징으로 하여, 진균을 방제하고 식물생장을 조절하는 방법.
  6. 살진균 및 식물생장조절을 위한 제1항에 따른 일반식(Ⅰ)의 하이드록시알킬-트리아졸릴 유도체 또는, 이의 산부가염 또는 금속염착화합물의 용도.
  7. 제1항에 따른 일반식(Ⅰ)의 하이드록시알킬-트리아졸릴 유도체 또는, 이의 산부가염 또는 금속염착화합물을 중량제 및/또는 계면활성물질과 혼합함을 특징으로 하는, 살진균제 및 식물생장조절제의 제조방법.
  8. 일반식(Ⅱ)의 옥시란.
    상기식에서, R은 구조식-CH2-CH(CH3)2, -(CH2)4-CH|3, -(CH2)5-CH3, -(CH2)6-CH3,또는의 라디칼이고, X는 산소 또는 황이며, Z는 할로겐, 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬, 탄소수 1 또는 2이고 할로겐원자 1 내지 5개를 갖는 할로게노알킬, 탄소수 1 또는 2이고 할로겐원자 1 내지 5개를 갖는 할로게노알콕시, 페닐, 알콕시그룹내 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알콕시이미노메틸이고, m은 0, 1, 2 또는 3이다.
  9. 제1단계에서, 일반식(Ⅳ)의 케톤을 염기 및 희석제의 존재하에 구조식(Ⅴ)의 메틸-트리페닐-포스포늄 브로마이드와 반응시킨후, 제2단계에서, 이렇게 수득된 일반식(Ⅵ)의 화합물을 희석제의 존재하에 과산과 반응시키거나 ; 일반식(Ⅵ)의 케톤을 희석제의 존재하에 구조식(Ⅶ)의 디메틸옥소설포늄 메틸라이드 또는 구조식(Ⅷ)의 디메틸설포늄 메틸라이드와 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여, 일반식(Ⅱ)의 옥시란을 제조하는 방법.
    상기식에서, R은 구조식-CH2-CH(CH3)2, -(CH2)4-CH|3, -(CH2)5-CH3, -(CH2)6-CH3,또는의 라디칼이고, X는 산소 또는 황이며, Z는 할로겐, 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬, 탄소수 1 또는 2이고 할로겐원자 1 내지 5개를 갖는 할로게노알킬, 탄소수 1 또는 2이고 할로겐원자 1 내지 5개를 갖는 할로게노알콕시, 페닐, 알콕시그룹내 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알콕시이미노메틸이고, m은 0, 1, 2 또는 3이다.
  10. 일반식(Ⅵ)의 화합물.
    상기식에서, R은 구조식-CH2-CH(CH3)2, -(CH2)4-CH|3, -(CH2)5-CH3, -(CH2)6-CH3,또는의 라디칼이고, X는 산소 또는 황이며, Z는 할로겐, 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬, 탄소수 1 또는 2이고 할로겐원자 1 내지 5개를 갖는 할로게노알킬, 탄소수 1 또는 2이고 할로겐원자 1 내지 5개를 갖는 할로게노알콕시, 페닐, 알콕시그룹내 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알콕시이미노메틸이고, m은 0, 1, 2 또는 3이다.
