Claims (10)

  1. 일반식(Ⅰ)의 2-하이드록시에틸-아졸유도체, 및 그의 산부가염 및 금속염 컴플렉스(complex).
    상기식에서,
    R은 임의로 치환된 페닐을 나타내고,
    X는 수소 또는 할로겐을 나타내며,
    Y는 수소 또는 할로겐을 나타낸다.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, R이 동일하거나 상이한 치환체에 의해 임의로 일치환, 이치환 또는 삼치환된 페닐을 나타내며, 여기에서 가능한 치환체는 할로겐, 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬, 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알콕시, 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬티오, 1 또는 2개의 탄소원자와 1 내지 5개의 할로겐 원자를 함유하는 할로게노알킬, 1 또는 2 개의 탄소원자와 1 내지 5개의 할로겐원자를 함유하는 할로게노알콕시, 1 또는 2개의 탄소원자와 1 내지 5개의 할로겐원자를 함유하는 할로게노알킬티오, 탄소수 3 내지 7의 사이클로알킬, 페닐, 페녹시, 및 알콕시 그룹의 탄소수가 1 내지 4개이고 알킬 그룹의 탄소수는 1 내지 4개인 알콕시이미노알킬이고, X는 수소, 불소, 염소 또는 브롬을 나타내며, Y는 수소, 분소, 염소 또는 브롬을 나타내는 일반식(Ⅰ)의 2-하이드록시에틸-아졸 유도체.
  3. 일반식(Ⅱ)의 옥시란을 희석제의 존재하에 및, 경우에 따라 염기의 존재하에, 구조식(Ⅲ)의 1,2,4-트리아졸과 반응시키고, 경우에 따라 계속해서 수득된 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물에 산 또는 금속염을 가함을 특징으로 하여, 일반식(Ⅰ)의 2-하이드록시에틸-아졸유도체, 및 그의 산부가염 및 금속염 컴플렉스를 제조하는 방법.
    상기식에서,
    R은 임의로 치환된 페닐을 나타내고,
    X는 수소 또는 할로겐을 나타내며,
    Y는 수소 또는 할로겐을 나타낸다.
  4. 제 1 항에 따른 일반식(Ⅰ)의 2-하이드록시에틸-아졸유도체, 및 일반식(Ⅰ)의 하이드록시에틸-아졸 유도체의 산부가염 및 금속염 컴플렉스 중 적어도 하나를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 살진균제 및 식물성장 조절제.
  5. 진균을 퇴치하며 식물성장을 조절하기 위한 제 1 항에 따른 일반식(Ⅰ)의 2-하이드록시에틸-아졸유도체, 또는 그의 산부가염 및 금속염 컴플렉스의 용도.
  6. 제 1 항에 따른 일반식(Ⅰ)의 2-하이드록시에틸-아졸유도체, 또는 그의 산부가염 또는 금속염 컴플렉스를 증량제 및/또는 계면활성제와 혼합시킴을 특징으로 하여, 살진균제 및 식물성장 조절제를 제조하는 방법.
  7. 일반식(Ⅱ)의 옥시란.
    상기식에서,
    R은 임의로 치환된 페닐을 나타내고,
    X는 수소 또는 할로겐을 나타내며,
    Y는 수소 또는 할로겐을 나타낸다.
  8. 일반식(Ⅳ)의 페녹시프로필 케톤을 염기의 존재하에 및 희석제의 존재하에, 트리메틸설포늄 요오다이드 또는 트리메틸설포늄 메토설페이트와 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여, 일반식(Ⅱ)의 옥시란을 제조하는 방법.
    상기식에서,
    R은 임의로 치환된 페닐을 나타내고,
    X는 수소 또는 할로겐을 나타내며,
    Y는 수소 또는 할로겐을 나타낸다.
  9. 일반식(Ⅶ)의 페녹시-치환된 케톤.
    상기식에서,
    R은 임의로 치환된 페닐을 나타내고,
    X는 수소 또는 할로겐을 나타내며,
    Y는 수소 또는 할로겐을 나타낸다.
  10. 일반식(Ⅴ)의 산할로겐화물을, 경우에 따라 희석제의 존재하에, 및 경우에 따라 산결합제의 존재하에, 및 경우에 따라 촉매의 존재하에, 일반식(Ⅵ)의 페녹시프로파길 화합물과 반응시켜, 일반식(Ⅶ)의 페녹시 치환된 케톤을 수득한 다음, 수득된 일반식(Ⅶ)의 화합물을 수소화촉매의 존재하게, 및 희석제의 존재하에, 수소와 반응시킴을 특징으로하여, 일반식(Ⅳ)의 페톡시프로필케톤을 제조하는 방법.

    R은 임의로 치환된 페닐을 나타내고,
    X는 수소 또는 할로겐을 나타내며,
    Y는 수소 또는 할로겐을 나타내고,
