Claims (10)

  1. 다음 일반식(I)의 아졸일메틸시클로프로판과 식물에 허용된 그것의 산부가염 및 금속착물 ;
    상기식에서, R은 C1-C8-알킬, C3-C8-시클로알킬, C5-C8-시클로알켄일, 테트라히드로피라닐, 노르보르닐, 피리딜, 나프틸, 비페닐, 또는 페닐로, 이들기는 할로겐, 니트로, 페녹시, 아미노, C1-C4-알킬, C1-C4-알콕시 또는 C1-C4-할로알킬에 의해 일 내지 삼치환될 수 있고, A는 H,F,Cl 또는 Br이고, X는 CH 또는 N이다.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, R이 플루오르, 클로로, 브로모 또는 트리플루오로메틸에 의해 비치환 또는 일치환 또는 이치환된 페닐임을 특징으로 하는 상기 일반식(I)의 아졸일메틸시클로프로판.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, R이 2-클로로페닐이고, A가 할로겐이며 X가 N임을 특징으로 하는 상기 일반식(I)의 아졸일메틸시클로프로판.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, R이 2-트리플루오로페닐이고, A가 할로겐이며 X가 N임을 특징으로 하는 상기 일반식(I)의 아졸일메틸시클로프로판.
  5. 다음 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 일반식(Ⅲ)의 화합물과 반응시키고 따라서 바람직하다면, 얻어진 화합물을 식물에 허용되는 산 또는 금속착물과의 염으로 변화시킴을 특징으로 하는, 제 1 항에서 언급한 바와같은 일반식(Ⅰ)의 아졸일메틸시클로프로판(A는 H이다)의 제조방법 ;
    상기식에서, R 및 X는 상기의 의미를 갖고, L은 친핵 치환될수 있는 이탈기그룹이며, Me는 수소원자, 금속원자 또는 트리메틸실릴그룹이다.
  6. 대응하는 염화티오닐의 존재하에서 다음 일반식(V)의 화합물을 다음 일반식(Ⅲ)의 화합물과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여, 제 1 항에서 언급한 바와같은 아졸일메틸시클로프로판(A는 F,Cl 또는 Br이다)을 제조하기 위한 방법 ;
    상기식에서, R 및 X는 상기에서 언급한 의미를 가지며, Me는 수소원자, 금속원자 또는 트리메틸실릴 그룹이다.
  7. 담체 및 제 1 항에서 언급한 바와같은 일반식(Ⅰ)의 아졸일메틸시클로프로판 또는 식물에 허용되는 산부가염 또는 그것의 금속착물을 함유하는 살균제.
  8. 살균적으로 효과적인 양의 제 1 항에서 언급한 바와같은 일반식(Ⅰ)의 아졸일메틸시클로프로판 또는 식물에 허용되는 산부가염 또는 그것의 금속착물을 균류상에 작용하도록 하거나 또는 균류에 의해 공격받기 쉬운 물질, 지면, 식물 또는 종자에 작용하도록 함을 특징으로하는 균류박멸방법.
  9. 담체 및 성장을 조절하는 양의 제 1 항에서 언급한 바와같은 일반식(Ⅰ)의 아졸일메틸시클로프로판 또는 식물에 허용되는 산부가염 또는 그것의 금속착물을 함유하는 성장조절체.
  10. 식물, 토양 또는 종자가 조절하는 양의 제 1 항에서 언급한 바와 같은 일반식(Ⅰ)의 아졸일메틸시클로프로판 또는 식물에 허용되는 산부가염 또는 그것의 금속착물로 처리됨을 특징으로 하는, 식물성장을 조절하기 위한 방법.
