Claims (12)

  1. (a)양이온 교환가능한 결합수를 함유하는 합성나트륨 실리케이트 60내지 80중량%, (b)Na2O:SiO2=1:2 내지 1:3.5의 조성을 가진 나트륨 실리케이트 0.1 내지 8중량%, (c)상이한 점도수를 가진 두개의 상이한 아크릴산 중합체의 혼합물 2내지 15중량%, (d)145℃의 건조 온도에서 제거가능한 물8내지 18중량%, (e)폴리글리콜 에테르 그룹을 함유하는 비이온성 계면활성제 0내지 5중량%로 이루어진 성분들을 함유하며 0.2내지 1.2mm의 평균입자 크기 및 400내지 700g/1l의 분말 밀도를 가지며, 이때 크기가 0.05mm보다 더 작은 입자의 퍼센트는 2중량%이하이고, 크기가 2mm보다 더 큰 입자의 퍼센트는 5중량%이하임을 특징으로 하는 세정제 및 세탁 제형의 액상 내지 페이스트상 성분들에 대해 높은 흡착능력을 나타내는 입상 흡착제.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 성분(a) 65내지 75중량 %, 성분(b) 0.5내지 5중량 %, 성분(c) 4내지 12중량%, 성분(d)10내지 16중량%, 성분(e)0.5내지 4중량%를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 입상 흡착제.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 입자의 적어도 80중량%및 더욱 특히, 적어도 90중량%의 크기가 0.1mm내지 1.2mm이고, 크기가 0.1내지 0.05mm 및 1.2내지 2mm인 입자의 퍼센트가 각 경우에 10중량%및, 특히 5중량%이하임을 특징으로 하는 입상 흡착제
  4. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 흡착제의 분말 밀도가 500내지 650g/1l임을 특징으로 하는 입상 흡착제
  5. 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분(b)가 1내지 3중량%를 구성하는 입상 흡착제.
  6. 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분(c)가 두개의 호모 중합체로 이루어진 아크릴산 중합체들의 혼합물인 입상흡착제.
  7. 제1항 내지 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분(c)가 호모 중합체 및 공중합체로 이루어진 아크릴산중합체들의 혼합물인 입상흡착제.
  8. 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분(c)의 아크릴산 중합체들이 각각 15내지 60및 80내지 200의 점도수를 갖는 입상흡착제.
  9. 성분(a)내지 (c)및, 임의로 50내지 65중량 %의 물을 함유하는 성분(e)의 수성 슬러리를 자유-낙하지역으로 노즐을 통해 분무시키고, 150내지 280℃의 입구 온도 및 50내지 120℃의 출구온도를 갖는 건조가스를 사용하여 145℃에서 제거가능한 수분 함량을 8내지 18중량%가 되도록 건조시킴을 특징으로 하여, 세정체 및 세탁 제형의 액상 내지 페이스트상 성분들에 대해 높은 흡착 능력을 가진 입상 흡착제를 제조하는 방법.
  10. 제1항 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 세정제 및 세탁제형에 통상적으로 사용되는 형태의 다른 첨가제를 사용하여, 처리 생성물을 기준으로 하여 2내지 45중량%의 적어도 하나의 비이온성 계면활성제 및 이의 혼합물과 함께 흡착제를 함침시킴을 특징으로 하는 입상 흡착제.
  11. 제8항에 있어서, 첨가제를 효소, 살균제, 표백활성화제, 연화제, 광학적 광택제 및 음이온성 및 양이온성 계면활성제를 포함하는 그룹의 화합물 중에서 선택함을 특징으로 하는 입상 흡착제.
  12. 제1항 내지 9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 비이온성 계면활성제 또는 첨가제를 미분된 피복 조성물로 피복시킴을 특징으로 하는 입상 흡착제.
