Claims (1)

  1. 입력 영상 정보를 소정의 기간 지연하여 지연 영상 정보를 얻는 지연 회로를 구비하여, 상기 입력 영상 정보 및 상기 지연 영상 정보를 전환하여 출력하므로서, 임의의 크기 및 또는 형상을 갖는 모자이크 표시 요소를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 텔레비젼 방송용 특수 효과장치
