Claims (2)

  1. 영상 신호를 증폭하는 비디오 앰프를 가지는 디스플레이 장치에서 상기 디스플레이 장치의 블랭킹 펄스에서 유사 영상 신호를 생성하여 상기 비디오 앰프에 공급하는 유사 영상 신호 발생 회로를 갖추는 것을 특징으로 하는 테스트 회로.
  2. 영상 신호를 증폭하는 비디오 앰프를 가지고, 상기 비디오 앰프가, 상기 영상 신호에서 크램프 펄스를 생성하여 이 크램프 펄스에 의하여 상기 영상 신호를 소정의 레벨로 크램프하는 크램프 회로를 포함하는 디스플레이 장치에서, 상기 디스플레이 장치의 블랭킹 펄스에서 유사 영상신호를 생성하여 상기 비디오 앰프에 공급하는 유사 영상 신호 발생 회로와, 상기 블랭킹 펄스에서 유사 크램프 펄스를 생성하여 상기 크램프 회로에 공급하는 유사 크램프 발생 회로를 갖추는 것을 특징으로 하는 테스트 회로.
