Claims (13)

  1. 첫번째 패널과 두번째 패널을 포함하고, 각각의 상기 패널은 일반적으로 평면이고 열가소성 중합체로 부터 제조되며, 상기 패널은 입구와 출구의 헤더(header)수단 사이에 펼쳐진 유체 흐름 통로의 래비린드를 경계짓기 위해 함께 결합되어 있고, 상기 래비린드는 패널 지역의 상담부분을 차지하는 열 교환기를 열가소성 중합체로 부터 제조하기위한, 하기(a)-(d)단계를 포함하는 방법 : (a) 래비린드의 유체통로에 해당하는 형태로 첫번째 패널을 첫번째 피복 조성물로 피복하고 ; (b) 함께 결합될 첫번째 및 두번째 패널 지역에 해당하는, 최소한 그러한 지역으로 두번째 피복 조성물을 두번째 패널에 피복하고, (c) 상기 첫번째 및 두번째 패널을 접촉시키고 여기에 열 및 압력을 적용하여 상기 패널사이에 결합을 초래하고 ; (d) 상기 두번째 피복 조성물이 단계(c)에서 적용한 열 및 압력의 영향하에 첫번째 피복 조성물에 접착되지 않고, 첫번째 패널 중합체에 접착되도록 한다.
