Claims (6)
- 파형시이트(1)와 평면상시이트(2)를 접착적층하여 편파성형체를 연속적으로 제조함에 있어서, 원하는 치형을 갖는 한쌍의 성형기어(3)(4)와 압착로울러(5)를 연설하고 접착제도포로울러(6)를 성형기어(4)에 연설하고, 성형기어(3)(4)의 톱니바퀴맞물림부(7)의 가까운곳에서 성형기어(4)와 압착로울러(5)와의 접촉부(8)의 근처에 걸쳐서 여러개의 선줄(9)을 팽팽히 설치하고, 성형기어(3)(4)의 회전방향에 따라 한장의 시이트(1a)를 공급하고, 그 성형기어 (3)(4)의 톱니바퀴맞물림부(7)에 있어서, 시이트(1a)를 파형시이트(1)에 성형하고, 파형시이트(1)를 선출(9)에 의하여 성형기어(4)에 압접하면서 접착제도포로울러(6)에 의하여 접착제(10)를 파형시이트(1)의 파정부에 도포하고, 평면상시이트(2)를 성형기어(4)와 압착로울러(5)와의 접촉부(8)에 공급하여 파형시이트(1)와 평면상시이트(2)를 그 파형시이트(1)의 파정부에 있어서 접착하는 것을 특징으로 하는 편파성형체의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 접착제도포로울러(6)이 표면원주방향으로 적당수의 홈(11)을 뚫어 설치하여 접착제도포로울러(6)를 그 홈(11)면을 남기고 접착제(10)에 담그고, 선줄(9)을 그의 일부가 홈(11)내에 끼워들어 가도록 팽팽하게 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 편파성형체의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 성형기어(3)(4)의 톱니바퀴맞물림부(7)가까이에 설치한 호울더(12)와 성형기어(4)와 압착로울러(5)와의 접촉부(8)의 가까이에 설치한 호울더(13)으로 인하여 선줄(9)을 팽팽하게 설치고정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 편파성형체의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 성형기어(3)의 이면에 원주방향에 따라 절입홈(14)을 설치하고, 성형기어(4)와 압착로울러(5)와의 접촉부(8)의 가까이에 설치한 호울더(13)로 부터 성형기어(4)의 이끝원 및 성형기어(3)의 절입홈(14)에 걸쳐서 선줄(9)을 팽팽하게 설치 고정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 편파성형체의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 성형기어(3)의 이면에 원주방향에 따라 절입홈(14)을 설치하고, 성형기어(4)와 압착로울러(5)와의 접촉부(8)로 부터 성형기어(4)의 이면 및 성형기어(3)의 절입홈(14)에 걸쳐서 선줄(9)을 팽팽하게 설치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 편파성형체의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 성형기어(3)(4)의 톱니바퀴맞물림부(7)의 가까이에 호울더(12)를 설치하고 호울더(12)로 부터 성형기어(4)와 압착로울러(5)와의 접촉부(8)에 걸쳐서 선줄(9)을 팽팽하게 설치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 편파성형체의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
