Claims (15)
- 2장의 골판원지를 접착제로 첩합하고 첩합된 복합골판을 단성형하여 골판지를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, ⓐ 제1 또는 제2의 골판원지에 수성접착제를 도포하는 접착제 도포공정과, ⓑ 제1 및 제2의 골판원지를 제1의 가열로울러로 유도하고, 이 제1의 가열로울러의 주면상에서 이 제1 및 제2의 골판원지를 첩합하는 첩합공정과, ⓒ 첩합된 복합골판의 한쪽면을 이 제1의 가열로울러로 가열하는 제1의 가열공정과, ⓓ 제1의 가열공정 후 이 복합골판의 다른쪽의 면을 제2의 가열로울러로 가열하는 제2의 가열공정과를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 파형복합골판을 가지는 골판지의 제조방법.
- 2장의 골판원지를 접착제로 첩합하고 첩합된 복합골판을 단성형해서 골판지를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, ⓐ 제1 및/또는 제2의 골판원지에 수성접착제를 도포하는 접착제 도포공정과, ⓑ 제1 및 제2의 골판원지를 제1의 가열로울러에 유도해서 이 가열로울러의 주면상에서 이 제1 및 제2의 골판원지를 첩합하는 첩합공정과, ⓒ 첩합된 복합골판의 한쪽면을 이 제1의 가열로울러의 주면상에서 가열하는 제1의 가열공정과, ⓓ 제1의 가열공정 후 이 복합골판을 제1과 제2의 가열로울러 사이를 통과시키고 이 복합골판의 다른 쪽의 면을 제2의 가열로울러의 주면상에서 가열하는 제2의 가열 공정과, ⓔ 이 복합골판을 실질적으로 절곡하는 일없이 이 제2의 가열 로울러에서 모이스너로 이 복합골판을 유도하는 가이드 공정과를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 골판을 가지는 골판지의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1의 골판원지에만 접착제를 도포기로 도포하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제2의 골판원지에만 접착제를 도포기로 도포하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2의 골판원지에 접착제를 도포기로 도포하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 2장의 골판원지에 수성접착제로 첩합하고, 첩합된 복합골판을 단성형해서 골판지를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, ⓐ 제1의 골판원지의 하면에 전면적으로 수분함유율 40중량% 내지 60중량%와 또 점도가 100 내지 1000센티포이즈(cps at 30℃)의 수성접착제를 도포하는 접착제도포 공정과, ⓑ 제1 및 제2의 골판원지를 이 제2의 골판원지가 안쪽이 되고 이 제1의 골판원지가 바깥쪽이 되도록 제1의 가열로울러의 주면상에서 이 제1 및 제2의 골판원지를 첩합하는 첩합공정과, ⓒ 첩합된 복합골판의 한쪽의 면을 이 제1의 가열로울러로 가열하는 제1의 가열공정과, ⓓ 제1의 가열공정 후, 이 복합골판의 다른쪽의 면을 제2의 가열로울러로 가열하는 제2의 가공공정과를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 파형복합골판을 가지는 골판지의 제조방법.
- 2장의 골판원지를 접착제로 첩착하고 첩착된 복합골판을 단성형해서 골판지를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, ⓐ 제1 및/또는 제2의 골판원지에 수성접착제를 도포하는 골판첩합용 접착제도포기와, ⓑ 제1 및 제2의 골판원지를 주면상에서 첩합하는 동시에 첩합된 복합골판의 한쪽의 면을 그 주면상에서 가열하는 제1의 가열로울러와, ⓒ 이 복합골판의 다른쪽의 면을 주면상에서 가열하는 제2의 가열로울러와를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 파형 복합골판을 가지는 골판지의 제조장치.
- 2장의 골판원지를 접착제로 첩착하고, 첩합된 복합골판을 단성형해서 골판지를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, ⓐ 제1의 골판원지에 수성접착제를 도포하는 로드코우드와, ⓑ 이 로드코우터와 제1의 밀로울러 스텐드 사이에 배치되고 상기 제1의 골판원지의 긴장도를 제어하는 석션 브레이크와, ⓒ 상기 제1의 골판원지에 도포된 접착제를 균일의 막상 또는 층상으로 하는 동시에 남은 접착제를 제거하는 와이어와운드 로드와, ⓓ 이 와이어와운드로드와 상기 로드코우터와의 사이에 배치된 이 와이어와운드로드와 상기 골판원지와의 접촉압을 조정하는 조정로울러와, ⓔ 상기 제1 및 제2의 골판원지를 주면상에서 첩합하는 동시에 첩합된 복합골판의 한쪽 면을 주면상에서 가열하는 제1의 가열로울러와, ⓕ 이 복합골판의 한쪽면을 가열한 후 다른쪽면을 가열하는 제2의 가열로울러와를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 파형 복합골판을 가지는 골판지의 제조장치.
- 제7항 또는 8항에 있어서, 상기 제1 내지 제2의 가열로울러의 평행을 이루는 축이 있는 면이 기계설치면이 수직상이 되도록 제1 및 제2의 가열로울러가 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 상기 제2 1 및 제2의 가열로울러의 평행을 이루는 축이 있는 면이 기계설치면에 수평이 되도록 제1 및 제2의 가열로울러가 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2의 가열로울러의 평행을 이루는 축이 있는 면이 기계설피연에 대하여 경사되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제7항 내지 제11항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 제1 및/또는 제2의 가열로울러가 위치조정이 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제7항 내지 12항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 제1 및/또는 제2의 가열로울러가 복합골판을 개재하여 당접하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
