제 1 도는 본 발명의 실시예의 기본적 구성도, 제 2 도는 엔진 제어에 관한 물리량 및 계측, 제어의 타이밍 차트, 제 3 도는 실시예의 상세한 구성도, 제 4 도는 제 1 도의 제어를 마이크로 프로세서 등에서 실행할 때의 제어 순서를 도시한 플로우차트.

Claims (6)

  1. n행정(n은 임의의 정수)에 있어서의 각 기통으로 유입되는 공기량을 n 행정보다 앞서의 행정에서의 상기 여러개의 계측한 파라미터를 사용해서 예측 연산하는 수단, 상기 공기량의 n 행정에 있어서의 예측 값과 상기 공연비의 n 행정에 있어서의 목표 값에서의 n 행정에 있어서의 연료 공급량을 연산하는 수단을 포함하며, 흡입 공기량을 포함하는 엔진의 운전 상태를 나타내는 여러 개의 파라미터를 계측하여 상기 계측 값과 목표 공연비에 따라서 연료 공급량을 결정하고, 상기 연료 공급량만 엔진에 연료를 공급하는 자동차용 엔진의 연료 공급 제어 시스템.
  2. 특허 청구의 범위 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 예측 연산의 수단은 n 행정 보다 앞서의 행정에서의 흡입 매니 폴드 입구 공기 유량과 스로틀의 열린 정도 및 엔진 회전수의 파라미터에서 상기 n 행정에 있어서의 공기량을 에측 연산하는 자동차용 엔진의 연료 공급 제어 시스템.
  3. 특허 청구의 범위 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 예측 연산의 수단은 n-1 행정에서의 엔진 회전수의 값을 n-1 행정 앞의 행정에서의 엔진 회전수의 계측 값과 n-1 행정 앞의 행정에서의 기통 발생 토오크의 예측 값과 엔진 논리 기통 발생 토오크에서 예측 연산하는 자동차용 엔진의 연료 공급 제어 시스템.
  4. 특허 청구의 범위 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 예측 연산의 수단은 스로틀의 열린 정도와 회전수의 파라미터에서의 공기량을 결정하는 함수식, 기통 발생 토오크와 엔진 부하의 파라미터에서 엔진 회전수를 결정하는 함수식, 공기량, 연료 공급량, 엔진 회전수 및 점화시기의 파라미터에서 기통 발생 토오크를 결정하는 함수식 및 공기량, 스로틀 밸브의 열린 정도 및 엔진 회전수의 파라미터에서 흡입 매니 폴드 입구의 공기유량을 결정하는 함수식을 갖고, 공기량, 엔진 부하 및 상기 각 함수식에 포함되는 파라미터 값을 상기 각 함수식 및 파라미터의 계측 값에 따라서 예측하며, 또는 상기 각 함수식에 의해 상기 공기량을 예측하여 자동차용 엔진의 연료 공급 제어 시스템.
  5. 특허 청구의 범위 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 엔진은 또 가속 폐달과 스로트르 밸브 사이를 소정의 시정수를 갖는 전달 수단으로 결합하고, 상기 예측 연산의 수단은 n-1 행정보다 앞서의 행정에서의 가속 페달 각의 측정값에서 n-1 행정에서의 스로틀 밸브의 열린 이상 실시예를 기재하였지만, 제어계에 있어서는 냉각수온 Tw를 계측하고 있을 경우가 많다. 따라서, 모델 식중에 포함되는 파라미터를 Tw의 함수식 또는 테이블에서 사전에 설정해 두는 것은 추정 연산의 부하를 저감하는 것에서 유용한 것이다. 제 4 에 제 1 도의 처리를 마이크로 프로세서 등에서 실행할 때의 처리 순서의 플로우 차트를 도시한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 종래의 제어 논리가 정상시 대응하는 구성으로 되어 있고, 과도시에 있어서는 상황 대응적으로 보정이 가해지고 있었던 것에 대하여 동적인 논리 구조에서 따라서 논리가 구축되어 있으므로, (1) 여러가지 형식의 엔진에 대해서 제어 논리를 매칭 시키는 것에서 50% 이상의 기간이 과도시 보정 방식의 개발에 소비되고 있었던 것에 대하여, 논리 구조가 명확하기 때문에 이 기간을 대폭으로 저감할 수 있다. (2) 논리 그 자체가 동적인 현상에 따라서 조립되어 정도를 예측 연산하는 자동차용 엔진의 연료 공급 제어 시스템.
  6. 특허 청구의 범위 제 2 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느한 항에 있어서, 상기 엔진은 배기 가스에서 공연비를 연산하는 수단을 갖고, 상기 측정된 파라미터는 상기 공연비를 연산하는 수단의 출력으로 보정되는 자동차용 엔진의 연료 공급 제어 시스템.
