Claims (9)

  1. 하기 일반식 (Ⅰ)의 4-페닐피페리딘 화합물.
    상기 식에서, R1은 수소, (C1-6-알콕시아릴)알킬, 디페닐메톡시-C1-6-알킬, C1-8알킬, C4-10-사이클로알킬알킬, 페녹시-C1-8-알킬 또는 C1-6-알콕시-C1-6알킬이고 R은또는 CH=NOR'이고 R'는 C1-6-알킬, C3-7-사이클로알킬, C1-6-알콕시-C1-6-알킬, 아릴-C0-6-알킬(이는 하나이상의 할로겐 및 C1-5-알콕시로 임의 치환될 수 있다), 티에틸 또는 C4-7-사이클로알킬알킬이다.
  2. (a)일반식 (Ⅱ)의 화합물의 반응성 유도체를 일반식 (Ⅲ)의 화합물과 반응시켜 일반식 (Ⅰ)의 화합물을 수득하거나, (b)일반식 (Ⅳ)의 화합물을 일반식 (Ⅴ)의 화합물과 반응시켜 일반식 (Ⅵ)의 화합물을 생성시킨 후 생성된 화합물을 하이드록실아민 또는 다른 아미노화제와 반응시켜 일반식 (Ⅰ)의 화합물을 수득하거나, (c)일반식 (Ⅶ)의 화합물을 일반식 NH2-O-R'의 화합물과 반응시켜 일반식 (Ⅰ)의 화합물을 수득하거나, (d)일반식 (Ⅷ)의 화합물을 탈알킬화제와 반응시켜 R'이 수소인 일반식 (Ⅰ)의 화합물을 수득하거나, (e)일반식 (Ⅸ)의 화합물을 알킬화제와 반응시켜 일반식 (Ⅰ)의 화합물을 수득함을 특징으로 하여, 제1항에 따른 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
    상기 식에서, R, R1및 R'는 전술한 바와 같으나, 단, 일반식 (Ⅷ)에서 R1은 수소가 아니다.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 1-메틸-4-(3-페닐-1,2,4-옥사디아졸-5-일)-4-페닐피페리딘인 화합물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 4-(3-사이클로프로필-1,2,4-옥사디아졸-5-일)-4-페닐피페리딘인 화합물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 4-메톡시이미노메틸-1-메틸-4-페닐피페리딘인 화합물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 4-(3-사이클로프로필-1,2,4-옥사디아졸-5-일)-1-(2-에톡시에틸)-4-페닐피페리딘인 화합물.
  7. 통증을 완화시키기에 유효한 양의 제1항에 따른 화합물을 약학적으로 허용되는 담체 또는 희석제와 함께 함유하는 통증 치료용 약학적 조성물.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 1 내지 100mg의 활성화합물을 함유하는 경구투여용 단위용량형태인 조성물.
  9. 통증을 완화시키기에 유효한 양의 제1항에 따른 화합물을 이를 필요로 하는 대상에게 투여함을 특징으로 하여, 통증을 치료하는 방법.
