Claims (6)

  1. 3-[4-(4-p-메톡시페닐피페라지노)부틸]-5-메톡시인돌 (I) 및 그의 염.
  2. 하기 일반식(Ⅱ) 화합물을 하기 일반식(Ⅲ)의 화합물과 반응시키거나, 또는 하나이상의 수소원자나 하나이상의 환원성 또는 가수소분해적으로 절단할 수 있는 그룹 및/또는 하나이상의 부가적 C-C 및/똔느 C-N결합에 의해 치환됨을 제외하고는 3-[4-(4-p-메톡시페닐피페라지노)부틸]-5-메톡시인돌 (I)에 따른 화합물을 환원제로 처리하거나, 또는 하나의 수소원자가 가용매 분해적으로 절단할 수 있는 그룹에 의해 치환됨을 제외하고는 (I)에 따른 화합물을 가용매 분해제로 처리하고/하거나 생성된 염기(I)을 산처리함으로써 그의 염중의 하나로 전환시키고/시키거나 염기처리함으로써 그의 염중의 하나를 유리시킴을 특징으로 하는 3-[4-(4-p-메톡시페닐피페라지노)부틸]-5-메톡시인돌 (I) 및 그의 염의 제조방법;
    3-(4-X1-부틸)-5-메톡시인돌 (Ⅱ)
    X2-CH2CH2CH(p-CH2O-C6H4)-CH2CH2X3(Ⅲ)
    상기식에서, X1은 X또는 NH2이고 X는 Cl, Br, I, OH 또는 작용적으로 변형되어 반응성 그룹을 형성하는 OH 그룹이며, X2및 X3는 동일하거나 또는 다를수 있고 X1=NH2인 경우에는 각각 X이거나 또는 다른 경우에는 함께 NH이다.
  3. 제1항에 따른 화합물 및/또는 하나의 그의 생체 적합성 염을 적어도 하나의 고체상, 액상 또는 반액상의 부형제 또는 보조제와 함께 적당한 투여 형태로 전환시킴을 특징으로 하는 약학적 제제의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 따른 화합물(I) 및/또는 하나의 그의 생체 적합성 염을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 약학적 제제.
  5. 약제 제조용의 제1항에 따른 화합물(I) 또는 그의 생체적합성 염의 용도.
  6. 질병 억제용의 제1항에 따른 화합물(I) 또는 그의 생체적합성 염의 용도.
