Claims (10)

  1. 모세혈관이 안쪽으로 성장하도록 하는 다공성 외막 표면 및 막을 통해 손상된 신경의 재생이 가능하도록 하는 매끄로운 내막 표면을 지님을 특징으로 하는, 손상된 신경의 말단을 수용하기에 적합한 개방부를 지닌 관상 반투성 막을 함유하는, 손상된 신경을 재생시키는데 사용하는 의료장치.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 막의 두께가 약 0.05 내지 약 1.0mm 범위내임을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 장치의 관강(lumen)의 직경이 약 0.5mm 내지 약 2cm 범위내임에 특징으로 하는 장치.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 막이 약 100,000달톤 이하의 분자량을 갖는 용질에 대해 투과성임을 특지응로 하는 장치.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서, 막이 섬유아세포 및 그밖의 반흔-형성 결합 조직세포에 대해 불투성임을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  6. 제 1 항에 있어서, 외막표면이 크기가 약 1 내지 약 20마이크론 범위내인 포어(pore)를 지님을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  7. 제 1 항에 있어서, 내막표면이 크기가 약 20 내지 2000Å 범위내인 포어를 지님을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  8. 제 1 항에 있어서, 막이 외막 및 내막표면 사이에 위치하는 상호소통을 위한 방사상 공극의 망상구조를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  9. 제 1 항에 있어서, 막이 외막 및 내막 표면 사이에 위치하는 세로 방향으로 배향된 트라베쿨라(trabeculae)의 명상구조를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  10. 제 1 항에 있어서, 막이 아크릴 공중합체, 폴리비닐리덴 플루오라이드 및 폴리우레탄 이소시아네이트로 구성된 그룹 중에서 선택된 중합체 물질을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
