Abstract

Bei einem Verfahren zur Herstellung von Leit- und/oder Widerstands­ bahnen (3′, 4′) an einem Substrat (5′) wird die Leit- und/oder Widerstands­ bahn (3′, 4′) zunächst auf einen Zwischenträger (1) aufgebracht und danach auf das Substrat (5′) umlaminiert. Um Leit- oder Widerstands­ bahnen an einer konkav gewölbten Wandfläche herstellen zu können, wird als Zwischenträger (1) ein zylindrischer oder kegelförmiger körper ver­ wendet, auf dessen Außenumfang die Bahnen (3,′, 4′) gefertigt werden. Um den Umfang des Zwischenträgers (1) wird danach das Substrat (5′) aufgebracht, wonach der Zwischenträger (1) abgezogen wird.
