Claims (25)
- 인산염 이온원과 가용성 바나듐염 이온원을 함유하며, 물 및 산소와 접촉했을때 가용성 바나듐 이온과 인산염 이온을 발생시키는 부식방지안료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 인산염 이온원과 바나듐염 이온원을 가열 경화하고 이어서 분쇄하여 제조된 안료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 인산염 이온원을 바나듐염 이온원과 혼합하여 제조된 안료.
- 제2항에 있어서, 인 화합물(a)과 바나듐 화합물(b)를 함유하는 혼합물을 가열 경화하고 이어서 분쇄하여 제조된 안료.
- 제4항에 있어서, 언급된 인화합물(a)가 사산화인, 오르토인산, 축합인산, 금속인산염 또는 금속 축합 인산염인 안료.
- 제5항에 있어서, 언급된 금속이 알칼리 금속을 제외한 금속인 안료.
- 제4항에 있어서, 언급된 바나듐 화합물(b)가 바나듐 화합물(v)인 안료.
- 제7항에 있어서, 언급된 바나듐 화합물(v)가 사산화 바나듐 또는 알칼리 금속 바나듐염을 제외한 금속의 바나듐염인 안료.
- 제4항에 있어서, 인 화합물(a)와 바나듐 화합물(b) 와의 비율이 P2O5/V2O5몰비로서 3 내지 100인 안료.
- 제4항에 있어서, 언급된 가열경화 처리를 600℃ 이상의 온도에서 수행함을 특징으로 하는 안료.
- 제4항에 있어서, 언급된 혼합물이 망상 조절제(c)를 더 함유하는 안료.
- 제11항에 있어서, 언급된 망상 조절제가 금속 산화물, 금속수산화물, 금속 탄산염, 금속질산염, 금속유기산염, 금속 규산염 또는 금속 붕산염인 안료.
- 제12항에 있어서, 언급된 금속이 알칼리 금속을 제외한 금속인 안료.
- 제12항에 있어서, 언급된 망상 조절제가 망간 산화물(Mnox:1.5<x>2.0) 또는 망간 산화물과 다른 망상 조절제와의 혼합물인 안료.
- 제14항에 있어서, 언급된 망간 산화물이 V2O5로서 계산하여 바나듐 화합물(b) 1몰을 기준으로 하여 0.1몰 이상의 양으로 존재하는 안료.
- 제11항에 있어서, 언급된 망상 조절제(c)가, 안료중의 금속 양이온(M)의 몰수가 금속 양이온을 MO, M2O3, M3O4, MO2또는 M2O의 형태로 표현했을 때 V2O5와 P2O5의 총 몰수의 3배 이하가 되도록 하는 양으로 존재하는 안료.
- 제4 또는 11항에 있어서, 언급된 혼합물이 유리질물질(d)를 더 함유하는 안료.
- 제17항에 있어서, 언급된 유리질 물질이 규산염 유리인 안료.
- 제17항에 있어서, 언급된 유리질 물질이 인 화합물(a), 바나듐 화합물(b) 및 임의로 망상 조절제(c)의 총량의 5 내지 500배의 양으로 존재하는 안료.
- 제3항에 있어서, 인 화합물(a)와 바나듐 화합물(b)를 혼합하여 제조된 안료.
- 제20항에 있어서, 언급된 인 화합물(a)가 오르토인산염, 축합인산염 또는 인산의 헤테로축합물인 안료.
- 제20항에 있어서, 언급된 바나듐 화합물(b)가 바나듐(v) 산화물, 바나딜 화합물, 바나듐염, 가열 경화된 바나듐염의 축합물 또는 바나듐염의 헤테로 축합물인 안료.
- 제20항에 있어서, 망상 조절제(c)를 더 함유하는 안료.
