Claims (24)
- 유리형성 산화물로서 오산화인과 유리조절 산화물로서 산화칼슘을 함유하는 유리로 구성되고, 물과 접촉시 부식억제이온을 방출시킴으로서 제일철 금속표면의 부식을 억제시키는 유리 조성물.
- 상기 조성물에 30-60몰 %의 산화칼슘과 40-70몰 %의 오산화인으로 구성되고 나머지는 알루미나, 마그네시아, 스트론티아, 바리아, 산화아연, 산화제이철, 및 알카리금속 산화물 또는 그의 혼합물로 구성되어 있는 청구범위 1의 유리조성물.
- 상기 조성물이 32-54몰 %의 산화칼슘과 46-68몰 %의 오산화인을 함유하는 나머지는 알루미나, 마그네시아, 스트론티아, 바리아, 산화아연, 산화제이철, 알카리금속 산화물 또는 그의 혼합물로 구성되어 있는 청구범위 1 또는 2의 유리조성물.
- 36.1몰 %의 산화칼슘과 63.9몰 %의 오산화인을 함유하는 청구범위 1에 따른 유리조성물.
- 상기 조성물이 산화칼슘/오산화인 유리로 구성되어 있고 조성물이 제1도의 상/조성 다이어그램의 빗금부분내에 있는 제일철 금속표면의부식억제성.
- 유리가 산화나트륨 및 산화칼륨을 포함하는 유리조성물.
- 첨부도면에 나타낸 유리조성물.
- 분말형태인 청구범위 1-7중 어느하나에 대한 유리조성물.
- 상기 분말의 평균입자 초기가 10-60마이크론인 청구범위 8에 따른 유리.
- 분말의 평균입자크기가 20-40마이크론인 청구범위 9의 유리.
- 수지 결합제로서 분산된 위구범위 8,9 또는 10에 따른 유리조성물을 포함하고, 금속표면의 부식을 억제하기 우해 금속표면에 이용되는 페이트 제재.
- 수지 결합제가 올레오레지노스 매개체, 염소화고무, 에폭시, 우레탄, 아크릴, 알키드, 아미노, 비닐, 또는 페놀수지, 또는 셀룰로오스 중합체인 청구범위 11에 따른 페인트 제제.
- 착색 안료를 포함한 청구범위 11 또는 12에 따른 페인트 제재.
- 첨부도면에 나타낸 페인트 제재.
- 균일 용융물을 형성하기 위해서 특정물질 또는 그의 선구물질을 함유하는 혼합물을 융해시킨다음 고체물질을 미세한 분말로 분쇄하여 몰 %조성이 급냉물질에 따라 결정되는 부식 억제 유리 조성물을 제조하는 청구범위 8,9 또는 10중 어느하나에 따른 방법.
- 청구범위 11-14중 어느하나에 따른 페인트 제재로 상기 표면을 피복시키는 것을 특징으로하는 금속표면의 부식을 억제시키는 방법.
- 표면이 제일철 금속표면인 청구범위 16에 따른 방법.
- 상기 피복물이 상기 금속표면에 피복되는 단일 페인트인 청구범위 17에 따른 방법.
- 상기 단일 피복물이 상기금속 표면에 이용되는 청구범위 18에 따른 방법.
