Claims (24)

  1. 유리형성 산화물로서 오산화인과 유리조절 산화물로서 산화칼슘을 함유하는 유리로 구성되고, 물과 접촉시 부식억제이온을 방출시킴으로서 제일철 금속표면의 부식을 억제시키는 유리 조성물.
  2. 상기 조성물에 30-60몰 %의 산화칼슘과 40-70몰 %의 오산화인으로 구성되고 나머지는 알루미나, 마그네시아, 스트론티아, 바리아, 산화아연, 산화제이철, 및 알카리금속 산화물 또는 그의 혼합물로 구성되어 있는 청구범위 1의 유리조성물.
  3. 상기 조성물이 32-54몰 %의 산화칼슘과 46-68몰 %의 오산화인을 함유하는 나머지는 알루미나, 마그네시아, 스트론티아, 바리아, 산화아연, 산화제이철, 알카리금속 산화물 또는 그의 혼합물로 구성되어 있는 청구범위 1 또는 2의 유리조성물.
  4. 36.1몰 %의 산화칼슘과 63.9몰 %의 오산화인을 함유하는 청구범위 1에 따른 유리조성물.
  5. 상기 조성물이 산화칼슘/오산화인 유리로 구성되어 있고 조성물이 제1도의 상/조성 다이어그램의 빗금부분내에 있는 제일철 금속표면의부식억제성.
  6. 유리가 산화나트륨 및 산화칼륨을 포함하는 유리조성물.
  7. 첨부도면에 나타낸 유리조성물.
  8. 분말형태인 청구범위 1-7중 어느하나에 대한 유리조성물.
  9. 상기 분말의 평균입자 초기가 10-60마이크론인 청구범위 8에 따른 유리.
  10. 분말의 평균입자크기가 20-40마이크론인 청구범위 9의 유리.
  11. 수지 결합제로서 분산된 위구범위 8,9 또는 10에 따른 유리조성물을 포함하고, 금속표면의 부식을 억제하기 우해 금속표면에 이용되는 페이트 제재.
  12. 수지 결합제가 올레오레지노스 매개체, 염소화고무, 에폭시, 우레탄, 아크릴, 알키드, 아미노, 비닐, 또는 페놀수지, 또는 셀룰로오스 중합체인 청구범위 11에 따른 페인트 제제.
  13. 착색 안료를 포함한 청구범위 11 또는 12에 따른 페인트 제재.
  14. 첨부도면에 나타낸 페인트 제재.
  15. 균일 용융물을 형성하기 위해서 특정물질 또는 그의 선구물질을 함유하는 혼합물을 융해시킨다음 고체물질을 미세한 분말로 분쇄하여 몰 %조성이 급냉물질에 따라 결정되는 부식 억제 유리 조성물을 제조하는 청구범위 8,9 또는 10중 어느하나에 따른 방법.
  16. 청구범위 11-14중 어느하나에 따른 페인트 제재로 상기 표면을 피복시키는 것을 특징으로하는 금속표면의 부식을 억제시키는 방법.
  17. 표면이 제일철 금속표면인 청구범위 16에 따른 방법.
  18. 상기 피복물이 상기 금속표면에 피복되는 단일 페인트인 청구범위 17에 따른 방법.
  19. 상기 단일 피복물이 상기금속 표면에 이용되는 청구범위 18에 따른 방법.
  20. 상기표면이 구조물 금속표면이고 그 피복물의 두께가 적어도 50마이크론인 청구범위 16-19중의 어느 하나에 따른 방법.
