Claims (10)

  1. 순백성과 투명성의 조합을 제공함으로써 양극화 알루미늄 외관을 나타낼 수 있도록 하기 위해서 미분된 운모와 알루미늄 박편으로 염색하되, 이 염색한 분산액이 피막의 경도 및 박리 내성을 향상시키는 열경화를 제공하기 위한 열경화성 아크릴 코폴리머와, 운모와 알루미늄 박편을 혼합하므로써 제공된 순백성 및 금속외관이 가려질 정도의 불투명도를 제공함이 없이 생산 제어를 가능하게 하기 위한 충분한 착색을 제공할 수 있는 정도의 부가의 안료를 함유하는 휘발성 유기 용매 중의 플루오로카르본 폴리머 분산액으로 되는, 경화하여 양극화 알루미늄 외관을 제공하는 열경화성 용매 용액 피막 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열경화성 아크릴 코폴리머가 피막의 경도 및 박리 내성을 향상시키는 열경화를 제공하기 위한 히드록시 기능기 함유 아크릴 코폴리머와 그의 경화제의 혼합물로 구성되는 피막 조성물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 운모가 피복된 운모의 중량에 기초해서 이산화티탄 10%내지 45%로 피복되고, 상기 운모의 소판이 100마이크로미터 미만의 최장 직경을 갖고, 상기 알루미늄 박편이 산에 내성이고 100메쉬 스크린에 통과되며, 광택제거제가 60°광택 메터 상에서 측정했을 때 광택이 10-20%의 반사율 범위로 감소되도록 존재하고 마모내성을 조장하는 표면 윤활성을 제공하기 위해 왁스를 첨가한 피막 조성물.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 운모가 알루미늄 박편에 대해 1 : 1내지 6 : 1의 중량비로 사용되고, 상기 운모와 알루미늄 박편이 함께 상기 플루오로카르본 폴리머, 아크릴 코폴리머 및 경화제에 대해 0.05내지 0.4의 중량비로 사용된 피막 조성물.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 플루오로카르본 폴리머가 플루오르화 폴리비닐리덴 호모폴리머의 미분된 입자에 의해 제공되고, 상기 히드록시 기능기 함유 코폴리머가 용매에 용해성이고, 불포화 모노에티리렌 모노머의 히드록시 기능기 함유 코폴리머가 히드록시 기능기 함유 모노에틸렌 모노머를 3%내지 35%함유하는 피막 조성물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 히드록시 기능기 함유 코폴리머가 아크릴 모노머로 되고, 상기 히드록시 모노머가 5%내지 15%의 양으로 존재하는 알킬기 중에서 2내지 4개의 탄소원자를 함유하는 히드록시알킬 아크릴레이트 또는 메타크릴레이트이고, 상기 코폴리머가 총 수지 고상물의 20%내지 45%의 양으로 존재하고 메틸 메타크릴레이트 적어도 50%로 되는 피막 조성물.
  7. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 플루오로카르본 폴리머가 총수지 고상물의 적어도 약 47%의 양으로 존재하는 플루오르화 폴리비닐리덴 호모폴리머의 미분된 입자에 의해 제공되고 상기 경화제가 아미노플라스틱 수지인 피막 조성물.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 아미노플라스틱 수지가 알콕시기에서 1내지 4개의 탄소원자를 함유하는 폴리알콕시메틸 멜라민 수지이고, 상기 히드록시 기능기 함유 코폴리머의 3%내지 30%의 양으로 존재하는 피막 조성물.
  9. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 플루오로카르본 폴리머가 휘발성 유기 용매 중의 플루오르화 폴리비닐리덴의 분산액에 의해 제공되고, 이때 상기 플루오르화 폴리비닐리덴이 총 수지 고상물의 적어도 약 47%양으로 존재하며, 상기 분산액은 피복된 운모의 중량에 기초해서 이산화티탄 10%내지 45%로 피복된, 소판의 최장 직경이 100마이크로미터 미만인 미분된 운모와, 순백성과 투명성의 조합을 제공하여 양극화 알루미늄 외관을 나타내도록 하고 산에 내성이고 100메쉬 스크린을 통과하는 알루미늄 박편으로 염색하되, 상기 운모가 상기 알루미늄 박편에 대해 1:1 내지 6:1의 중량비로 사용되고, 상기 운모와 알루미늄 박편이 함께 상기 플루오르화 폴리비닐리덴 폴리머, 아크릴 코폴리머 및 아미노플라스틱 경화제에 대해 0.05내지 0.4의 중량비로 사용되고, 이 염색된 분산액이 히드록시 기능기 함유 아크릴 코폴리머와 그의 아미노플라스틱 경화제, 광택율 60°광택 메터 상에서 측정했을 때 10-20%의 반사율로 감소시키기 위한 광택제거제와 마모 내성을 조장하는 표면 윤활성을 제공하는 왁스를 함유하는 피막 조성물.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 부기의 안료가 상기 운모에 의해 제공된 투명한 금속 외관이 가려질 정도의 불투명도를 제공함이 없이 피막이 짙게 착색된 색조를 띠게 하기에 충분한 양으로 사용된 피막 조성물.
