합성 마자이트의 제조방법

제1도는 실시예1에서 얻은 합성 마자이트의 Cu-Kα 선에 의한 X선 회절모양 다이아그램이고,
제2도는 실시예2에서 얻은 합성 마자이트의 결정의 구조를 보여주는, 배율 42,000의 투과 전자현미경 사진이고,
제3도는 실시예7에서 얻은 합성 마자이트의 결정구조를 보여주는 배율 10,000의 주사 전자현미경 사진이다.

Claims (6)

  1. 실리카원, 알루미나원, 알칼리원 및 테트라메틸 암모늄원 함유하는 출발혼합물을 가열하에 결정화하는 것으로 되어 있는 합성 마자이트의 제조방법에 있어서, 알칼리금속 규산염의 수용액, 알칼리금속 알루민산염의 수용액, 알칼리금속 수산화물의 수용액 및 테트라메틸암모늄 화합물을 혼합하고 그 혼합물을 묵혀서 얻은 투명한 액상물질을 미리 출발 혼합물속에 존재시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성 마자이트의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 액상물질의 조성은 다음의 산화물 몰비 SiO2/Al2O3= 8 내지 25, M2O/Al2O3= 7 내지 30, H2O/M2O = 10 내지 14, 및 TMA/SiO2= 0.05 내지 0.25를 특징으로 하며, 결정화용 출발슬러리로서의 출발 혼합물의 조성은 다음의 산화물 몰비 TMA/SiO2= 0.02 및 0.04, SiO2/Al2O3= 5 내지 30, M2O/Al2O3= 0.5 내지 10, 및 H2O/SiO2= 10 내지 40(상기에서 M은 알칼리금속 양이온을 표시하고 TMA는 테트라메틸암모늄이온을 표시한다.)를 특징으로 하는 합성 마자이트의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 알칼리금속 알루민산염의 수용액, 알칼리금속 수산화물의 수용액 및 테트라메틸암모늄 화합물을 먼저 서로 혼합하고 그런뒤 그 혼합물에 알칼리금속 규산염의 수용액을 혼가하는 특징으로 하는 합성 마자이트의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 25 내지 50℃의 온도에서 교반하면서 겔상 고체물질이 형성되지 않는 시간동안 상기 혼합물을 묵히는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성 마자이트의 제조방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 규소원으로서의 알칼리금속 규산염의 수용액 및 알루미나원으로서의 알루미늄함유 수용액을 실질적으로 일정한 비로 동시적 및 연속적으로 반응영역에 공급하여 무정형 알루미노규산염의 균질화합물을 제조하며, 투명한 액상물질을 무정형 알루미노규산염의 균질화합물에 혼가함으로써 출발 혼합물을 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성 마자이트의 제조방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 결정화온도가 90 내지 140℃의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성 마자이트의 제조방법.
