제3도는 본 발명을 예시하는 복합 덮개 조립체를 지니는 진공 가능한 혈액 표본 튜브 정상부의 길이 방향 단면도.
제5도는 본 발명에 따라서 생성된 마개의 중심 선 둘레에서의 다이어프램(diaphragm) 내표면에서의 반경 방향 응력 분포를 도시한 도면.
Claims (9)
- 상부의 일체로된 환형 플랜지 부분 및 하부의 일체로 된 환형 밀폐 부분을 지니는 환형의 마개 본체, 상기 마개 본체 정상부 표면내의 상부 홈, 상기 상부 플랜지 부분과 상기 밀폐 부분의 합류 지점의 상기 마개 본체내의 환형 노치, 용기의 밀폐 표면이며, 상기 환형 노치로부터 상기 하부의 밀폐 부분의 저부 표면까지 상기 마개 본체의 축을 향하여 내측으로 연속적으로 경사진 상기 하부 부분의 외측 환형 표면, 상기 마개 본체상에 장착하기 위한 가요성 뚜껑 본체, 상기 뚜껑 본체를 상기 마개 본체상에 지탱하기 위한 상기 마개 본체 및 상기 뚜껑 본체상의 상호 결합하는 마주하는 환형 접촉 수단을 포함하여 상기 하부 환형 밀폐 부분의 상기 저부 표면이 볼록하며 상기 뚜껑 본체는 개방 단부 및 폐쇄 단부를 지니며, 상기 개방 단부는 상기 마개 본체를 받아들이기 위한 것이며, 상기 폐쇄 단부는 그 정상 바늘을 받아들이는 구멍을 지니며, 상기 뚜껑 본체의 상기 폐쇄 단부는 표본을 담는 챔버를 한정하도록 상기 마개 본체의 마주하는 정상 표면으로부터 이격되어 있으며 상기 마개 본체는 삼차원 축대칭 콤퓨터 모형으로부터 생성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 체액의 표본을 담는 진공 튜브용 덮개 조립체.
- 제1항에 따른 조립체에 있어서, 폐쇄 단부와 개방 단부를 지니는 긴 진공 가능한 용기를 포함하며, 상기 개방 단부는 상기 뚜껑의 상기 하부의 환형 밀폐 부분을 받아들이며, 상기 뚜껑 본체의 개방 단부는 상기 진공 가능한 튜브의 개방 단부에 인접하여 상기 튜브의 개방 단부로부터 둘레에 이격되어 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립체.
- 제1항에 따른 조립체에 있어서, 상기 용기의 상기 개방 단부내에 상기 밀폐 부분을 용이하게 삽입하기 위하여 상기 외측 환형 표면의 합류 지점에서 경사진 상기 하부 환형 밀폐 부분의 저부 표면에 의해 특징지워지는 조립체.
- 제1항에 따른 조립체에 있어서, 상기 삼차원 축대칭 콤퓨터 모형이 미리 선택된 선형 영률 및 미리 선택된 프와송 비를 지니는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립체.
- 제4항에 따른 조립체에 있어서, 상기 삼차원 축대칭 콤퓨터 모형이 500p.s.i.의 선형 영률 및 0.495의 프와송 비를 지니는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립체.
- 제1항에 따른 조립체에 있어서, 상기 마개의 상기 경사진 표면이 용기 내에 삽입됐을 때 그 전체 저부 표면을 따라 연속된 반경 방향 압축 응력을 지니는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립체.
- 용기 밀폐용 마개 윤곽을 생성시키기 위한 방법으로서, 첫번째 선택 단계에서 상기 윤곽을 위한 탄성 재료를 선택하고, 두번째 선택 단계에서 상기 윤곽을 위한 선형 영률을 선택하고, 세번째 선택 단계에서 상기 윤곽을 위한 프와송 비를 선택하며, 네번째 선택 단계에서 상기 윤곽을 위하여 요구되는 경계조건을 선택하고, 다섯번째 선택 단계에서 상기 윤곽에 대한 요구되는 부하조건을 선택하며, 상기 윤곽에 대한 삼차원 축대칭 콤퓨터 모형을 생성시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기 밀폐용 마개 윤곽 생성 방법.
- 제7항에 따른 방법에 있어서, 상기 선형 영률이 500 p.s.i.인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
