Claims (8)

  1. 환형의 튜브 상부 모서리를 한정하는 개방 단부와 밀폐단부를 갖는 플라스틱 튜브, 이 플라스틱 튜브와 서로 동심원적으로 배치되도록 플라스틱 튜브 속으로 개방단부를 통해 삽입되며 개방 단부와 밀폐단부를 갖는 유리튜브, 상기 플라스틱 튜브 개방단부의 환형 상부 모서리부분에 스냅 끼워맞춰지는 탄성재료의 환형의 상부 모서리부분에 스냅 끼워맞춰지는 탄성재료의 환형의 결합 링을 포함하며, 상기 결합링은 유리 튜브의 개방단부와 인접하여 유리튜브의 외측표면과 마찰력으로 결합되는 일체로 된 환형의 탄성 플랩(flap)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 누출되지 않게 체액 샘플을 채집하고 수용하는 샘플용기 조립체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유리튜브의 개방단부에 배치된 스토퍼(stpper)를 지니며 상기 유리 튜브는 진공인 것을 특징으로하는 샘플 용기 조립체.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 복수개의 리브들이 상기 플라스틱 튜브의 밀폐단부 내표면으로부터 일체로 형성되어 연장되어 있고, 상기 리브드들이 플라스틱 튜브의 밀폐단부의 원주상 둘레에 이격되어 배치되어 있고, 상기 복수개의 리브들의 표면은 유리튜브와 플라스틱 튜브들을 동심원적 배치로 유지시키도록 상기 유리튜브의 밀폐단부의 외측 표면과 맞물리는 것을 특징으로 하는 샘플 용기 조립체.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 플라스틱 유리 튜브들을 동심원적으로 배치시켜 유지하도록 상기 튜브들의 밀폐단부들에 인접하여 유리튜브의 외표면과 플라스틱 튜브의 내표면에 접착제가 가해진 것을 특징으로 하는 샘플 용기 조립체.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 환형의 결합링은 환형의 삽입부를 포함하며, 상기 환형의 삽입부는 외측으로 향한 환형의 표면을 지니며, 상기 외측으로 향한 환형의 표면은 스낵 끼워맞춰져서 플라스틱 튜브의 개방단부의 환형 모서리부분과 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 샘플 용기 조립체.
  6. 밀폐단부와 튜브의 환형을 상부 모서리 부분을 한정하는 개방단부를 지니며 그 개방단부를 통해 유리 튜브가 수납된 플라스틱 튜브, 플라스틱 튜브 개방단부의 환형의 상부 모서리 부분에 스냅끼워 맞춰지는 탄성재료로 형성되며 상기 플라스틱 튜브속에 삽입되는 유리튜브의 외표면과 마찰력으로 맞물리는 일체로 된 환형의 탄성 플램을 포함하는 환형의 결합링을 특징으로하는, 누출되지 않게 체액 샘플을 채집하고 수용하는 샘플용기 조립체.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 복수개의 리브들이 플라스틱 튜브의 밀폐단부의 내표면으로부터 일체로 형성되어 연장되어 있으며, 상기 리브들은 플라스틱 튜브 밀폐단부의 원주상 둘레로 이격되어 있으며, 상기 복수개의 리브들의 표면은 플라스틱 튜브와 그 속에 삽입되는 유리튜브를 동심원적 배치로 유지시키도록 유리튜브의 밀폐단부의 외표면과 맞물린 것을 특징으로하는 샘플 용기 조립체.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 환형의 결합링은 외측으로 향한 환형의 표면을 지닌 환형의 삽입부를 포함하며, 상기 외측으로 향한 한형 표면은 플라스틱 튜브의 개방단부로의 환형 모시리부분과 스냅끼워 맞춤으로 맞물리는 것을 특징으로 하는 샘플 용기 조립체.
