Claims (5)

  1. 금형에 인접 금형 부분들의 접촉 표면 또는 표면들 사이에 위치한 기체-투과성 밀폐물이 장치된 것을 특징으로 하는, 다중-부분 금형내에 패킹 밀도가 20-65v%인 예비성형된 연속섬유-보강물을 놓고, 에폭시 수지/경화제 시스템을 사출 시킴으로 섬유-보강에폭시 매트릭스 조성물을 제조 하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 밀폐물이, 금형 부분들 사이에서 압축된 후, 600-1500g/l의 밀도를 갖는 압축 오픈-셀 발포 폴리우레탄 밀폐물인 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 연속 섬유-보강물이 30-60v%의 패킹 밀도를 갖는 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 에폭시수지/경화제 혼합물의 사출을 밀폐물이 공기를 통과시키지 못하도록 만들기 위해서 발포 밀폐물에 상기 혼합물이 함침될 때 까지 계속하는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 에폭사이드가 3-5.5몰/kg의 EGC를 갖는 2,2-비스(4-히드록 시 페닐프로판의 디글리시딜 에테르 이고, 경호제가 지방족 아민, 방향족 아민, 무수물, 이미다졸, 폴리올, 폴리아미드, 폴리이소시아네이트 및 디시아노다아미드로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 방법.
