Claims (1)
- 열가소화된 합성수지 겔이 휘발성 발포제를 함유하며, 이 겔은 발포온도에서 주형으로 부력 압력이 감소된 지역으로 급송되며, 이때의 감압상태는 겔의 세포형태로 팽윤시키고 겔 자체를 지지하는 온도까지 냉각시킬 정도의 충분한 압력이며, 열 가소화되고 발포되지 않은 겔내에서 세포 팽윤제를 혼합시키고, 세포팽윤제는 발포온도의 대기압하에서 액체이며 일반적으로 발포온도에서 겔에 용해하는 유기화합물이며, 또한 세포팽윤제는 발포성 겔내의 열경화성 수지의 중량 100분률로 약 0.01-5중량부의 양이 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압출된 열가소성 합성수지 거품의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
