Claims (6)
- 경화된 폴리우레탄 발포체를 분쇄시키고, 분쇄된 폴리우레탄 발포제 분말을, 발포가능한 폴리우레탄 조성으로 혼합시키고 주형내에서 혼합물을 주조하는 여러 단계를 포함하는 고밀도 및 탄성을 지닌 가요성 폴리우레탄 발포체를 제조하는 방법.
- 경화된 폴리우레탄 발포체를 소모된 폴리우레탄 발포체를 이용하는 청구범위 제1항에 따른 방법.
- 발포가능한 폴리우레탄 조성에 반드시 폴리올, 이소시아네이트, 촉매, 발포제가 포함되는 청구범위 제2항에 따른 방법.
- 분쇄된 분말을 혼합시키기 전에 건조시키는 작업이 포함되어 있는 청구범위 제3항에 따른 방법.
- 분쇄된 분말을 혼합시키기 전에 체를 치는 작업이 포함되어 있는 청구범위 제4항에 따른 방법.
- 분쇄된 분말의 입자 크기가 0.5mm~3mm인 청구범위 제5항에 따른 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
