Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、冷蔵庫などの断熱箱体、すなわち、外箱と、
合成樹脂製の内箱との間にポリウレタン樹脂などの発泡
断熱材を直接発泡させてなる断熱箱体の改良に関するも
ので、発泡断熱材の充填時に生ずる内箱の肉薄部の変形
を防止することを目的とする。
従来、この種の断熱箱体においては、合成樹脂の内箱の
肉薄部が発泡断熱材の発泡時に変形することがあり、こ
の変形を防止するだめに、内箱の肉薄部にテープを貼っ
て補強したり、エポキシ樹脂などを含浸させたガーゼを
当てて補強していた。
しかし、テープを貼着するものは、形状が形状の複雑な
箇所の補強は離しく、またエポキシ樹脂を含浸させたガ
ーゼを用いるものは作業性が悪くコスト高となる難点が
あった。
本発明はこのような難点を改良するもので、以下本発明
をその一実施例を示す図面を参考に説明する。
１は冷蔵庫の内箱となる合成樹脂製の内箱で。
その隅部などに生ずる変形の生じやすい肉薄部１ａに、
砂、ガラス繊維１石綿などの補強用充填材を混入した酢
酸ビニル樹脂の補強膜２を塗布している。そして補強膜
２は溶剤がアルコールであるため、内箱１をおかすこと
なく簡単に塗布できる３は外箱で、外箱３と前記内箱１
の間にポリウレタン樹脂のような発泡断熱材４を注入し
、発泡させ。
て断熱箱体が構成されるものである。しかして。
発泡断熱材４を現場発泡てせる際、内箱１の肉薄部１ａ
が変形しやすくても、肉薄部１ａに塗布された補強膜２
によって強化され変形は防止される。
そして補強膜２の厚みを変えることにより、必要な補強
効果を得ることができる。
上記実施例から明らかなように、本発明の断熱箱体は、
合成樹脂製の内箱の変形しやすい箇所に、砂、ガラス繊
維２石綿などの補強用充填材を混入した酢酸ビニル樹脂
の補強膜を塗布し、との内箱と外箱との間に発泡断熱材
を注入し発泡充填したもので、内箱の発泡柑脂の発泡圧
力で変形しやすい箇所に、上記補強膜を塗布するだけの
簡単な作業により、内箱の局部的変形を防止することが
できる。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 合成樹脂製の内箱の、断熱材と接する側で変形しやすい
    箇所に、砂、ガラス繊維２石綿などの補強用充填材を混
    入した酢酸ビニル樹脂の補強膜を塗布し、との内箱と外
    箱との間に発泡断熱材を注入し発泡充填してなる断熱箱
    体。
