Claims (3)

  1. 주택의 가스, 수도, 전기등의 검침정보를 출력하는 자동검침기와, 상기 주택의 방범, 방재, 구급 등의 안전정보를 출력함과 동시에, 상기 안전정보의 검출불능일때 검출불능정보를 출력하는 안전장치와, 상기 자동검침기로부터의 검침정보를 정기적으로 송신로를 통하여 관리센터에 송신하는 정기검침을 행하는 전기제어회로를 구비하고, 상기 전기제어회로는 상기 안전장치로부터의 검출불능 정보의 송신을 상기 정기검침 송송신시에 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 주택정보 송신장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 자동검침기는 공급가스의 가스기기의 사용량을 검출하는 가스검침미터인 것을 특징으로 하는 주택정보 송신장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 안전장치는 주택내의 가스누출이 소정값 이상일때 가스누출을 검출하는 가스누출센서이고, 검출불능시에는 제1의 전압치, 정상시에는 제2의 전압치, 가스누출시에는 제3의 전압치의 출력을 발생하는 것을 특징으로 하는 주택정보 송신장치.
