Claims (2)

  1. 주택에 설치되고, 가스, 수도, 전기 등의 검침정보를 검출하는 자동검침장치와, 방재, 방범, 구급 등의 이상정보를 검출하는 안정장치와, 상기 검침정보 및 이상정보를 입력하는 입력포오트, 그 입력포오트로 부터의 정보를 처리하는 중앙처리장치, 그 중앙처리장치로부터의 상기 정보에 대응한 다주파부호를 출력하는 집적회로, 그 집적회로부터의 다주파부호를 송신로를 거쳐 관리센터에 송신하는 회로망 제어장치를 구비한 전자제어회로를 포함하는 단말장치를 가지며, 상기 이상정보는 출력시에 수시 송신되는 주택정보 송신장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 송신로는 일반가입전화기의 공중회선인 것을 특징으로 하는 주택정보 송신장치.
