Claims (2)

  1. 모뎀 및 전화선을 이용한 컴퓨터 주변 기기에서 통화중 감지회로에 있어서, RS-232C 규격에 따른 연결로 터미날을 접속할 수 있는 접속부(10)와, 입력에 따라 프로그램을 처리하여 모뎀기능을 제어할 수 있는 마이콤부(20)와, 변복조 기능을 가지며 모뎀전용 회로로 수신신호(통화중음)의 에너지를 감지할 수 있는 모뎀회로(30)와, 상기 모뎀회로(30)로부터 송수신시 전송통로로를 제어하는 하이브리드부(40)와, 상기 마이콤부(20)의 출력에 따라 트랜스를 매칭하여 송수신시 릴레이이를 제어하여 송수신 데이타를 제어하는 릴레이브(50)와, 상대편 모뎀과 전화라인이 접속되어지는 데이타 억세스 어레인디 먼트(60)로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 통화중 감지 장치.
  2. 단말 터미날과 접속되는 접속부와, 모뎀을 제어하는 마이콤부와, 모뎀전용 회로인 모뎀회로와, 하이브리드부와, 전송신호를 제어하는 릴레이부와, 상대편 모뎀과 연결될 수 있는 데이타 억세스 어레인지먼트부를 구비한 시스템에 있어서, 통화중톤을 체크하는 제1과정과, 다이얼을 세팅하여 입력신호를 카운트하여 소정회수를 저장하는 제2과정과 상기 신호 입력으로부터 모뎀회로에서 출력되는 신호에너지의 로우나 하이 상태를 체크하는 제3과정과, 소정 정해진 시간동안 소정회수를 체크하여 연속적으로 제회수로 도달했을 때 통화중 신호를 데이타 단말장치로 보내고 정해진 범위를 벗어났을 때 데이타 상태로 들어가 라인을 연결시키는 제4과정으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 통화중음 감지방법.
