Claims (9)

  1. 제1금속류, 제2금속류 및 기층을 제공하는 단계, 상기 제1 및 제2금속류에 비교적 차가운 냉기체를 가하여 제1고온금속입자분사체 및 제2고온입자부사체로 분무화 하는 단계, 상기 제1 및 제2고온금속금속입자분사체를 상기 기층상에 분사하여 적층된 침착물을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합금속 침착물 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분무화조건은 상기 제1및 제2금속입자 분사체가 상기 기층상에 충돌되는 시점에서 적어도 부분적으로 액체상태로 유지되도록 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합금속 침착물 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기층상에 내화섬유, 내화물질 휘스커 또는 내화입자를 제공하여 이들 내화물질이 상기 복합금속침착물내에 정합상태로 함유되도록한 것을 특징으로 하는 복합금속침착물 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 내화입자는 상기 제1 또는 제2금속류, 또는 제1 또는 제2분사체에 가해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 금속침착물의 제조방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2분사체의 분사형태는 서로 오버래핑되지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합금속침착물의 제조방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1및 제2금속은 동일한 지지금속으로 구성된 상이한 합금인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합금속침착물의 제조방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 기지금속이 알루미늄인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합금속침착물의 제조방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 적층된 복합금속침착물은 각 금속이 교대로 적층된 적어도 2개층의 금속을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 금속침착물의 제조방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 복합금속침착물을 압연가공한 후의 각층의 두께는 10-500/um인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합금속침착물의 제조방법.
