Claims (6)

  1. 다음 일반식(I)의 2,6-디아미노-3-할로벤질피리딘 및 생리학적으로 허용가능하는 이의 산부가염.
    상기식에서, R1은 불소이고, R2는 수소 또는 염소이다.
  2. 2,6-디아미노피리딘을 다음 일반식(Ⅱ)의 아릴알킬할라이드와 반응시키거나, 알칼리알콜레이트의 존재하에서 다음 일반식(Ⅲ)의 아릴알킬아민과 반응시킴을 특징으로하여 다음 일반식(I)의 2,6-디아미노-3-할로벤질피리딘 및 생리학적으로 허용가능한 이의 산부가염을 제조하는 방법.
    상기식에서, R1은 불소이고, R2는 수소 또는 염소이며, R3는 C1-C4알킬이고, X는 할로겐이다.
  3. 활성 성분으로서 일반식(I)의 화합물 또는 생리학적으로 허용가능한 이의 산부가염을 통상적인 불활성 물질 및/또는 담체물질과의 혼합물로 함유하는 약제학적 제제.
  4. 일반식(I)의 화합물 또는 생리학적으로 허용가능한 이의 산부가염을 통상적인 약제학적 불활성물질 및/또는 담체물질을 사용하여 통상적인 약제학적 투여형태로 제조함을 특징으로 하여 제3항에 따르는 약제학적 제제를 제조하는 방법.
  5. 인체의 통증 및 발열상태를 치료하기 위한 일반식 (I)의 화합물 및 생리학적으로 허용가능한 이의 산부가염의 용도.
  6. 인체의 통증 및 발열상태를 치료하는 약제를 제조하기 위한 일반식(I)의 화합물 또는 생리학적으로 허용 가능한 이의 산부가염의 용도.
