마이크로 피펫의 사출 성형방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명의 방법에 따라 제조한 마이크로 피펫(Micro-pipette)의 개략적인 횡단면도.
제2도는 본 발명의 방법을 수행하기에 적당한 사출금형의 개략적인 횡단면도.
제3도는 종래의 발명의 방법에 따른 마이크로 피펫의 적하구에 대한 확대 횡단면도.

Claims (1)

  1. 성형될 피펫의 테이퍼된 부분(17)의 무게의 동일한 무게와 첫번째 용해된 성형재료를 구멍의 테이퍼가 시작되는 부분(2)에 위치하고 있는 구멍입구를 통과하여 상대적으로 차갑고 좁은 사출금형의 피펫모양의 구멍내의 테이퍼된 부분(17)안에 주입하는 것과, 이렇게 주입된 첫번째 용해된 성형재료의 주요덩어리가 냉각되어 재응고되는 것과, 성형이 응고되는 동안 피펫의 원통형 부분(20)의 무게와 동일한 무게를 가지고 있는 두번째 용해된 성형 재료를 구멍입구를 통하여 구멍의 원통형 부분(20)에 주입하는것과, 이렇게 주입된 두번째 용해된 성형재료의 주요덩어리가 냉각되고 재응고되는 것과 첫번째 성형재료가 여전히 뜨거운 덩어리일때 최종으로 완전하게 용접하기 위해/두번째 성형재료의 마지막 가장 뜨거운 덩어리를 주입하여 두개의 최종의 덩어리가 막 재응고된 첫번째와/두번째 성형재료의 전기한 두 주요덩어리들이 통합적으로 단일 블록의 피펫을 생산하도록 이들 두덩어리가 함께 용접된 두 최후의 덩어리들을 냉각시키고 재응고시키는 단계로 구성되어 있는 속이빈 원통형 부분(20)과 속이빈 테이퍼된 부분(17)으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로하는 마이크로 피펫의 사출 성형방법.
