SE ALMACENA UNA CANTIDAD DE GAS EN UNA CAMARA, BAJO UNA SEGUNDA PRESION, LA CUAL ES AL MENOS TAN ALTA COMO LA PRIMERA. EL GAS SE INTRODUCE EN LA CORRIENTE FUNDIDA DE MATERIAL PLASTICO INMEDIATAMENTE DESPUES DE QUE EL MATERIAL FUNDIDO HA ATRAVESADO LA POSICION EN LA QUE EL GAS SE INTRODUCE, FORMANDO UNA CAVIDAD DE GAS EN EL MATERIAL FUNDIDO. EL GAS EJERCE UNA PRESION TOTAL ALREDEDOR DEL MATERIAL PLASTICO PARA APRETAR EL MATERIAL HACIA LAS SUPERFICIES DEL ESPACIO DE MOLDEADO. A MEDIDA QUE LA ALIMENTACION DEL MATERIAL PLASTICO EN EL INTERIOR DEL ESPACIO DE MOLDEADO CONTINUA, LA INYECCION DEL GAS TAMBIEN CONTINUA. EL APORTE DEL MATERIAL FUNDIDO FINALIZA CUANDO LAS SUPERFICIES DEL ESPACIO DE MOLDEADO ESTAN COMPLETAMENTE CUBIERTAS POR EL MATERIAL FUNDIDO. LA PRESION DENTRO DE LA CAVIDAD DEL GAS SE MANTIENE MIENTRAS EL MATERIAL PLASTICOSE ENFRIA. TAMBIEN SE PRESENTA EL APARATO PARA LA PRODUCCION DE UN PRODUCTO DE MOLDEADO MEDIANTE INYECCION.
