Abstract

PURPOSE:To shorten a cooling period of time of resin and improve productivity, by a method wherein feed forward control is performed through cooling water passing through a molding mold so that a temperature of the molding mold becomes constant from an aging point of view. CONSTITUTION:Resin to be processed is charged into a feed hopper 1, pressed leftward in a cylinder 3 with a plunger 2, melted through heating in a heating chamber 4, passed through a sprue 6 and molded by entering into a cavity through a runner 7 further. A knockout pin 9 is used for knocking-out of a molded product through the cavity. A molding mold 5 is comprised of two parts 5a, 5b so that the molded product can be taken out, either of which is provided inwardly with a cooling pipe 10 and cooled with cooling water. A temperature of the mold is made constant as much as possible from an aging point of view by controlling in a pulsatile state a quantity of cooling water flowing through the cooling pipe 10.
