Abstract
PURPOSE:To make it possible to realize molding, the quality of which is stable, even at the early stage of the molding by a method wherein the heating time of a hot runner tip is controlled by employing the detected temperature of the mold of an injection molder, which is equipped with the hot runner tip to open and close the gate part of the mold in accordance with molding cycle, as parameter. CONSTITUTION:A cavity 11, which is made between a fixed mold 2a and a movable mold 2b, is connected through a gate part 3, a runner part 12 and a sprue part 13 to an injection nozzle 14. A heater 5h, which is controlled by a system independent from a system to control a heater 15h, is built in a hot runner tip 5 and controlled through a power controller 16 and an application switch 17 by a central controller 19. Further, a temperature sensor 20 to detect mold temperature Tm is connected to the controller 19. The intermittent heating time tp of the hot runner tip 5 is variably set on the basis of unstable mold temperature Tm just after the temperature rise, resulting in stabilizing the fluidity or viscosity of molten resin.
