CONSTITUTION:Molds are closed in such a sate that the tip of the delivery mechanism 4 is situated on one end of the female mold 5, a resin is injected from the injection outlet 6 into a cavicty to form the single bar 8 of a circular section, and the end portion A in the rear is projected from the body of the single bar 8. Then, the single bar 8 is pushed by the delivery mechanism 4 until it just passes through the injection output 6 and its rear end A is left behind in the female mold 5. The molds are closed, a resin is injected through the injection port 6 formed at the upper part of the rear end A, the resin is flowed in the opposite direction to the rear end A while melting the surface of the rear end A by excessive heat, the next single bar 8' is molded and at the same time the portions to be heat-fused are integrally connected.
