제2도는 백래쉬를 갖는 치차시스템을 나타낸 도면.
제3도는 각도 b/2둘레의 비틀림후의 중앙우치에서의 치차시스템

Claims (6)

  1. 치루트나 치팁에서의 휠레트 반경이 치의 전체높이(h)의 1 또는 2배이고, 압력각이 45도 내지 70도범위내에 있으며, 축부분(1) 치(2)와 허브부분(3)의 치(4) 사이에 백래쉬(12)가 있으며 축의 치(2) 부분의 압력각(a)이 상기의 축부분과 허브부분 사이의 백래쉬(12)를 극복할 때 비틀림각(b)의 반에 해당하는 양만큼 허브부분의 치(4)의 압력각보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 치가 곧바른 치표면을 가지며 또한 루트와팁 휠레트 반경을 갖고, 서로 동축으로 설치된 두 개의 부분 예컨대 축부분과 허브부분 사이에서 회전력을 전달하기 위한 치차시스템.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 두개의 부분중의 하나의 두개의 인접한 치(2) (4)들이 단일개의 공통의 휠레트반경(5)(6)으로 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 치차시스템.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 비틀림 작용도중과 회전력의 영향하에서 자동잠김에 의해 축과 허브부분 사이에 쐐기작용이 일어나지 않도록 압력각(a)이 선정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 치차시스템.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,압력각(a)이 55도와 65도 사이에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 치차시스템.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 최대의 외경(D)에 대한 치의 전체높이(h)의 비율이 1 :20과 1 :50 사이에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 치차시스템.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 핏치(T)가 치의 전체높이(h)의 3배이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 치차시스템.
