Claims (6)
- 치루트나 치팁에서의 휠레트 반경이 치의 전체높이(h)의 1 또는 2배이고, 압력각이 45도 내지 70도범위내에 있으며, 축부분(1) 치(2)와 허브부분(3)의 치(4) 사이에 백래쉬(12)가 있으며 축의 치(2) 부분의 압력각(a)이 상기의 축부분과 허브부분 사이의 백래쉬(12)를 극복할 때 비틀림각(b)의 반에 해당하는 양만큼 허브부분의 치(4)의 압력각보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 치가 곧바른 치표면을 가지며 또한 루트와팁 휠레트 반경을 갖고, 서로 동축으로 설치된 두 개의 부분 예컨대 축부분과 허브부분 사이에서 회전력을 전달하기 위한 치차시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 두개의 부분중의 하나의 두개의 인접한 치(2) (4)들이 단일개의 공통의 휠레트반경(5)(6)으로 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 치차시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비틀림 작용도중과 회전력의 영향하에서 자동잠김에 의해 축과 허브부분 사이에 쐐기작용이 일어나지 않도록 압력각(a)이 선정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 치차시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,압력각(a)이 55도와 65도 사이에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 치차시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 최대의 외경(D)에 대한 치의 전체높이(h)의 비율이 1 :20과 1 :50 사이에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 치차시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 핏치(T)가 치의 전체높이(h)의 3배이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 치차시스템.※참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
