제2도는 거기에 있어서의 사용되는 세라믹스 다공체의 일예를 도시한 주요부 확대단면 설명도,
제3도는 이러한 제조법으로 얻어지는 주조품을 도시하는 주요부 확대단면 설명도.
Claims (10)
- 골격간에 소정의 간극을 가지는 골격조직의 골격자체가 중공구조로 되어서, 이 골격내에 연속한 빈구멍이 형성된 세라믹스 구조체와, 이 세라믹스 구조체의 골격간의 간극을 채워서 전체로서 연속적인 기지를 구성하여, 이 기지내에 이 세라믹스 구조체가 매입된 형태의 일체적인 복합구조를 주는 마트릭스 재료를 포함, 또한 상기 세라믹스 구조체의 골격의 빈구멍이 적어도 표면의 일부에 있어서 외부로 개구되어 있는데 따라, 이 골격내의 연속된 공구멍을 통하여, 소정의 유체가 투과될 수 있도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 투과성 주조물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 세라믹스 구조체, 3차원 망목구조(網目構造)의 골격조직을 가지는 세라믹스 다공체인 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 투과성 주조품.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 세라믹스 다공체가, 합성수지 발포체에 있어서 3차원 망목구조의 골격조직의 골격의 주위에 부착시킨 세라믹스 재료를 소결시키는 동시에, 이러한 발포제의 골격조직을 구성하는 합성수지 부분을 소멸시킴으로써 얻어지는, 상기 부착 세라믹스 재료의 소결에서 3차원 망목구조가 유지되는 한편, 이러한 3차원 망목구조의 골격자체가 중공으로 되어서, 전체로서 연속된 공구멍이 이 골격내에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 투과성 주조품.
- 제1항 내지 제3항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 마트릭스 재료가, 주조금속인 것을 특징으로 하는 유닛 투과성 주조품.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 주조금속이 주철 또는 주강인 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 투과성 주조품.
- 합성수지 발포체에 있어서 3차원 망목구조의 골격조직의 골격의 주위에 부착시킨 세라믹스 재료를 소결시킨 동시에, 이러한 발포체의 골격조직을 구성하는 합성수지부분을 소실시킴으로서 얻어지는 상기 부착 세라믹스 재료의 소결로서 3차원 망목구조가 유지되는 한편, 이러한 3차원 망목구조의 골격자체가 중공으로 되어서, 전체로서 연속된 빈구멍이 이 골격내에 형성된 세라믹스 다공체가, 소정의 주조금속 중에 일체적으로 매입되어 이루어지고, 또한 세라믹스 다공체의 3차원 망목구조내에 이 주조금속이 입입되어서, 이 세라믹스 다공체에 대한 마트릭스를 구성하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 투과성 주조품.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 주조금속이, 주철 또는 주강인 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 투과성 주조품.
- 용융상태의 금속용탕을 소정의 주형의 제품 캐비티내에 탕을 주입하여, 목적으로하는 형상의 주조품을 형성시키는데 있어서, 골격간에 소정의 간극을 가지는 골격조직의 골격자체가 중공구조로 되어서, 이 골격내에 연속한 빈구멍이 형성된 세라믹 구조체를 사용, 이 세라믹스 구조체를, 상기 주형의 제품 캐비티내의 소정위치에 배치한 상태하에 있어서, 상기 금속용탕의 탕을 주입하여, 이러한 탕 주입된 용탕을 세라직 구조체의 골격조직의 간극내에 입입시키서, 주위의 용탕과 동시에 일체적으로 응고시킴으로써, 이 세라믹스 구조체가 소정위치에 일체적으로 매몰되어 된 주조품을 이룬 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 투과성 주조품의 제조법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 세라믹스 구조체가 3차원 망목구조의 골격조직을 가지는 세라믹스 다공체인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 세라믹스 다공체가, 합성수지 발포체에 있어서 3차원 망목구조의 골격조직의 골격의 주위에 부착시킨 세라믹스 재료를 소결시키는 동시에, 이러한 발포체의 골격조직을 구성하는 합성수지부분을 소실시킴으로써 얻어지는 상기 부착 세라믹스 재료의 소결로서 3차원 망목구조가 유지되는 한편, 이러한 3차원 망목구조의 골격자체가 중공으로 되어서, 전체로서 연속한 빈구멍이 이 골격내에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 제조법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
