Claims (12)
- 밀폐용기내에 수납된 (電動)요소 및 압축요소를 가지며, 이 압축요소는 칸막이판을 통해서 상하로 병설된 복수의 실린더와, 이들 실린더의 상·하를 폐색하는 상·하 베어링과, 상기 전동요소에 의해 구동되며 상·하 베어링에 지지된 크랭크축과, 상기 실린더내에 각기 설치된 상기 크랭크축에서 회전력이 전달되는 롤링피스톤을 구비하고, 상기 실린더에 대하여 각기 독립해서 연통된 냉매개스의 흡입관과, 이 흡입관중의 최소한 1개의 도중에 슬라이더와 이 슬라이더를 냉매외 흐름과 반대방향으로 가압하는 가압체로 이루어진 체크밸브와, 상기 슬라이더를 상기 가압체와 같은 방향으로 가압하는 가압기구를 설치하여 냉매의흡입경로를 폐색하는 휴통(休筒) 제어를 가능하게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 다기통 회전식 압축기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 가압체를 스프링으로 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 다기통 회전식 압축기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 가압기구를 슬라이더의 하부공간에 전자(電磁)밸브를 통해서 고압부에 연통하는 휴통제어용 배관으로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 다기통 회전식 압축기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 가압체는 주위 온도가 미리 설정된 값을 초과하면 신장량이 변화하는 형상기억합금과 이 형상기억합금의 근처에 주위 온도를 제어하는 히터로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 다기통 회전식 압축기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 슬라이더는 열팽창율이 큰 소재에 의해 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 다기통회전식 압축기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 체크밸브와 실린더 사이의 흡입관과 슬라이더의 하부공간과의 사이에는 전자밸브를 통해서 연통하는 개스빼기용 배관을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 다기통 회전식 압축기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 슬라이더의 측면 상부와 상단면의 최소한 한쪽에는 개스빼기용 구멍을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 다기통 회전식 압축기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 슬라이더의 배면측 끝부의 외주에 플랜지를 들출시키고, 이 플랜지의 징.면측 끝면이 압접하는 스탭부를 하우징 내주면에 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 다기통 회전식 압축기.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 슬라이더는 플랜지의 정면측 끝면에 고러모양의 배설홈을 설치하고, 이 배실홈을 덮는 탄성판을 붙인 것을 특징으로 하는 다기통 회전식 압축기.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 슬라이더는 플랜지외 정면측 끝면에 불소수지 등의 탄성재를 붙인 것을 특징으로 하는 다기통 회전식 압축기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 실련더에 연결되는 흡입관의 하류측부분과 밀폐용기의 저부를 개폐밸브를 통해서연통시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 다기통 회전식 압축기.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 11 항에 있어서, 슬라이더에 흡입개스를 슬라이더의 폐색시에 통하게 하는 미소통로를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 다기통 회전식 압축기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
