Claims (12)

  1. 하기 일반식(A)의 티오에테르를 적합한 산성촉매제의 존재하에 황화수소와 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는, 티오에테르로부터 메르캅탄의 촉매적 제조방법.
    (상기식에서, Q1및 Q2뿐만 아니라, R1, R2및 R3기는 같거나 서로 다르며, 알킬류, 시클로알킬류 및/또는 아릴류이고, Q1및 Q2중 한개는 수소원자를 나타내거나 또는 작용기를 가질 수 있다.)
  2. 제1항에 있어서, R1∼R3의 기 및 Q1및 Q2가 알킬류일때, 이들은 C1∼C24, 특히 C1∼C18이며, R1∼R3의 기, 및 Q1및 Q2가 시클로 알킬류 또는 아릴류일때, 이들은 C5∼C10인 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 산성촉매제가 이온교환제, 특히 수지 또는 제오라이트인 방법.
  4. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 산청촉매가 실리코-알루미네이트, 특이 몬모릴로나이트 종류이며, 바람직하게는 더욱 산성으로 만들기 위해 특별처리를 행하는 방법.
  5. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 산성촉매가 술폰기를 함유하며 다량으로 이용되거나 무기나 유기 지지물에 고정될 수 있는 과플루오르화된 지방족 구조 또는 폴리머구조의 이온 교환수지인 방법.
  6. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 촉매제가 지지물에 포화된 인산인 방법.
  7. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 주위온도 ∼200℃사이에서 수행되는 방법.
  8. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 5∼30바아의 압력, 특히 10∼20바아의 압력에서 수행되는 방법.
  9. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 사용된 H2S의 비율이 티오에테르 1몰당, 1∼6몰, 특히 2∼4몰인 방법.
  10. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서 형성된 3차 메르캄탄(R1R2R3)-C-SH 을 다른 메르캅탄 (Q1Q2)CH-SH으로부터 분리하고 티오에테르를 생산할 수 있는 올레핀 또는 다른 반응물질과 반응시킴으로써 새로운 양의 티오에테르를 제조하는데 사용하며, 티오에테르를 제1항에 따른 제조에 재 사용하는 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, Q1및Q2기중 한개 이상이 작용기, 특히 -COOH, -CN, -OH, -NH2, 할로겐, 에테르, 에스테르, 아미드, 비삼차 황화물, 슬폭시드 또는 술폰을 함유하는 순환방법.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 올레핀이(식중,는 전술된 Q1을 나타내고 및/또는 Q3및 Q4는 수소 또는 산화수소기를 나타낸다)의 형인 방법.
