산형태의 부분-중화된 강산성 양이온-교환수지의 제조방법

Claims (8)

  1. 양이온-교환수지를 개질된 양이온-교환수지를 생성시키기에 충분한 반응 조건하에서 물의 존재하에 N-(2-메르캅토알킬) 아미드와 접촉시킴을 특징으로 하여 수지의 양이온-교환능을 아미노 알칸티올로 부분-중화시킴으로써 개질시킨 산형태의 불용성 강산성 양이온-교환수지를 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, N-(2-메르캅토알킬) 아미드가 하기 일반식을 갖는 방법.
    상기식에서, R,Ra,Rb,Rd 및 Re는 각기 독립적으로 H, 알킬 또는 아릴이다.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, R이 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬그룹인 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, R이 메틸 또는 에틸이고, Ra,Rb,Rd 및 Re가 H인 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 부분 중화반응을 80 내지 110℃에서 수행시키는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 부분-중화된 수지를 아미노알칸디올 잔기를 티아졸리딘잔기로 전환시키기에 충분한 반응조건하에서 알데히드 또는 케론과 접촉시키는 추가의 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 케톤이 아세톤인 방법.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 아미노알칸디올 잔기를 티아졸리딘 잔기로 전환시키는 반응을 25 내지 50℃에서 수행하는 방법.
