Claims (15)
- (a) 상기 모금속과 충전재의 침투층을 서로에 대하여 일정하게 위치시켜서 상기 산화반응 생성물을 형성물의 형성이 상기 충전재층을 향해서 충전재층 안으로 발생하도록 하는 단계; (b) 상기 모금속을 그것의 용융점보다 높으나 용융 모금속의 용융점보다 낮은 온도로 가열해서, 용융 모금속체를 형성하고, 용융 모금속과 상기 하나 이상의 산화제를 상기 온도에서 반응시켜, 상기 산화반응 생성물을 형성하고, 상기 온도에서 상기 산화반응 생성물의 적어도 일부를 상기 용융금속체 및 상기 산화제와 접촉을 유지시켜 그 사이에서 화장시켜서 용융금속을 산화반응 생성물을 통해서 하나 이상의 산화제 쪽으로, 그리고 충전재의 인접부 쪽으로, 그래서 그 충전재의 인접부 안으로 흡수시켜서, 산화반응 생성물이 하나 이상의 산화제와 이전에 형성된 산화반응 생성물 사이의 계면에서 충전재층 내에 연속적으로 형성되고, 상기 다결정 물질로써 상기 충전재의 적어도 일부를 침윤시키기에 충분한 시간동안 상기 반응을 계속 진행시키는 단계들을 구비하는 방법을 이용하여 (1) (i) 상기 모금속과 하나 이상의 산화제의 산화반응 생성물과, 선택적으로 (ⅱ) 하나 이상의 금속성분들로 이루어진 다결정물질을 형성하는 모금속의 산화에 의해 얻어지는 세라믹기지; 및 (2) 상기 기지에 삽입되는 하나 이상의 충전재들을 구비하고 있는 통상의 제품으로 사용하기 위해 제조된 자체 지지성 세라믹 또는 세라믹 복합구조를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 방법이 금속 용해작업에서 얻어지는 드로스를 제공해서, 상기 드로스를 분쇄하고, 상기 (a) 단계를 사용하기 위한 충전재의 침투층으로서 상기 드로스를 형성하는 것을특징으로 하는 자체 지지성 세라믹과 세라믹 구조를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 드로스가 알루미늄, 티타늄, 아연, 마그네슘, 및 구리 또는 그것의 합금들로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 드로스 형성금속에서 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자체 지지성 세라믹 또는 세라믹 복합구조를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 드로스가 상기 금속들 또는 합금들의 공기 산화로 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자체 지지성 세라믹 또는 세라믹 복합구조를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 드로스가 드로스 형성금속과 질화가스를 접촉시킴으로써 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자체 지지성 세라믹 또는 세라믹 복합구조를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 침투성 충전재가 금속드로스를 구비한 침투성 예비형성체인 것을 특징으로 하는 자체 지지성 세라믹 또는 세라믹 복합구조를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 침투성 충전재층이 드로스와 하나 이상의 충전재들의 혼합물을 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자체 지지성 세라믹 또는 세라믹 복합구조를 제조하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 다른 충전재가 입자들, 위스커, 판재, 구, 거품, 금속털, 와이어, 덩어리, 바아, 철사망, 펠릿, 관, 내화철사망, 섬유, 세관, 분말, 편상, 중공관, 및 그것의 혼합에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자체지지성 세라믹 또는 세라믹 복합구조를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 모금속이 알루미늄인 것을 특징으로 하는 자체 지지성 세라믹 또는 세라믹 복합구조를 제조하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 산화제가 질소분위기이고, 산화반응 생성물이 질화알루미늄인 것을 특징으로 하는 자체 지지성 세라믹 또는 세라믹 복합구조를 제조하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 산화제가 산소 함유가스이고, 산화반응 생성물이 알루미나인 것을 특징으로 하는 자체 지지성 세라믹 또는 세라믹 복합구조를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항, 제8항, 제9항 또는 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 드로스가 마그네슘가, 실리콘가, 철가, 니켈가, 또는 그 혼합물을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자체 지지성 세라믹 또는 세라믹 복합구조를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제8항, 제9항 또는 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 첨가물질을 이용하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자체 지지성 세라믹 또는 세라믹 복합구조를 제조하는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 드로스가 상기 첨가물질을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자체 지지성 세라믹 또는 세라믹 복합구조를 제조하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 침투성 예비형성체가 그것의 바람직한 말단 표면을 한정하는 배리어를 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자체 지지성 세라믹 또는 세라믹 복합구조를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 산화제가 산소함유가스, 질소함유가스, 할로겐, 황, 인, 비소, 탄소, 붕소, 셀렌, 텔루륨, H2/H2O혼합물, 메탄, 프로판, 아세틸렌, 에틸렌, 프로필렌, 실리카 및 CO/CO2혼합물 또는 그것의 화합물 또는 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자체 지지성 세라믹 또는 세라믹 복합구조를 제조하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
